    Abstract: A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, signaling indicating an assignment of resources in a physical time domain to a set of contiguous symbols in a virtual domain. Each symbol of the set of contiguous symbols in the virtual domain may be associated with a respective orthogonal frequency-division multiplexed (OFDM) symbol of a respective one of a multiple sets of one or more contiguous OFDM symbols in the physical time domain. Each set of OFDM symbols may be associated with a respective slot of multiple slots in the physical time domain. The multiple sets of OFDM symbols may carry a single physical channel payload. The method also includes mapping the physical time domain resources to the multiple sets of OFDM symbols based on the assignment of the physical time domain resources to the set of contiguous symbols in the virtual domain. The method further includes receiving or transmitting the multiple sets of OFDM symbols on the physical time domain resources based on the mapping.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a communications device (e.g., UE, BS, LMF component, etc.) determines information related to a first positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration (e.g., UL-PRS configuration such as SRS-P, or DL-PRS configuration) associated with a user equipment (UE), determines information related to a first discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration associated with the UE, determines that a first PRS operation requirement of the first PRS configuration is not satisfied by the first DRX configuration due to a DRX limitation condition, and perform an action in response to the determination that the first PRS operation requirement of the first PRS configuration is not satisfied by the first DRX configuration due to the DRX limitation condition.

    Abstract: A method of wireless communication may include a UE and a base station. The base station may configure, for the UE, a search space associated with a first CORESET and a second CORESET, and transmit a PDCCH within the configured search space. The UE may monitor for the PDCCH based on the configuration of the search space, where at least one PDCCH candidate may include components associated with different CORESETs on different monitoring occasions. The PDCCH candidate may include a first subset within the first CORESET and a second subset within the second CORESET. The PDCCH candidate may include a third subset including a first and second components, and at least one of the first and second components may be itself a PDCCH candidate within the first or second subset of the PDCCH candidates.

    Abstract: Methods related to wireless communication systems and uplink (UL) rank adaptation are provided. A user equipment (UE) receives, from a base station (BS), a configuration indicating a resource associated with a plurality of UL reference signal ports. The UE determines, based on at least one of an overheating status, a throughput, or a latency, a quantity of transmission layers for a transmission. The UE transmits, to the BS, an indication of at least one of (1) one or more UL reference signal ports of the plurality of UL reference signal resources associated with the UL reference signal resource based on the quantity of transmission layers, or (2) a number of UL reference signal ports associated with the multi-port UL reference signal resource based on the quantity of transmission layers.
