Abstract: A vehicle body structure includes an inner sill member, an outer sill member and a first reinforcement bracket. The inner sill member has an inner upper flange, a horizontally extending section and an inner lower flange extending downward from the horizontally extending section. The outer sill member has an outer upper flange and an outer lower flange. The inner upper flange and the outer upper flanges are fixedly attached to one another. The inner lower flange and the outer lower flanges are fixedly attached to one another defining a sill structure with hollow interior. The first reinforcement bracket is disposed within the hollow interior and has an outboard portion fixedly attached to the outer sill member and an inboard portion fixedly attached to the horizontally extending section of the inner sill member.

Abstract: Controlling a vehicle using contextual navigation assistance can include defining a context for the vehicle using sensor data for a plurality of time points while the vehicle traverses between a starting and stopping location, the context being one of multiple contexts, and each associated with at least one candidate variable for inclusion in an ordered representation of information, classifying the vehicle into a phase of multiple phases associated with different proximities of the vehicle to a maneuver, each phase associated with at least one candidate variable for inclusion in the ordered representation, and generating, using the phase and the context, the ordered representation. The ordered representation is ranked from most likely to least likely information that is necessary, during a current phase, to successfully complete the maneuver. The ordered representation is produced by a user interface so that it can be used to control the vehicle.

Abstract: A keyfob has an electronic controller, a plurality of command inputs, a keyfob antenna and a feedback device. The controller is further configured to enter a diagnostic mode in response to a predetermined operation of the plurality of command inputs such that in the diagnostic mode the keyfob operates as a diagnostic tool that detects an operating state of at least one of the keyfob and the vehicle door lock system.

A hypothesis corresponds to an intention of the first world object and the respective state includes predicted positions of the first world object.
