摘要: The invention relates to a method for the computer-assisted manufacturing of a dental replacement part or a dental auxiliary element from a blank, which can be rotated about an axis of rotation, by means of a machining tool, wherein a blank data set comprising the axis of rotation and a model data set of the dental replacement part or dental auxiliary element are stored and the model data set has a first region having a first insertion axis and a second region having a second insertion axis askew to the first insertion axis, wherein in a first positioning step (S1) the model data set is arranged in the blank data set in such a way that the first insertion axis of the model data set is oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the blank data set and in a second positioning step (S2) the second insertion axis of the model data set is oriented perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the blank data set by rotating the model data set about the first insertion axis.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a dental device for delivering fluid continuously while activated in an endodontic application. The dental device includes a hollow needle having a tip end and a connector portion; and a handle. One end of the handle is configured to be affixed to the connector portion of the hollow needle. The opposite end of the handle is capable of being attached to an endodontic handpiece or a sonic agitator for the activation. The connector portion includes at least one tube connector that is an integral part of the connector portion of the hollow needle or a plurality of openings on the connector portion to accommodate the hollow needle to a connector. The connector is a modular fluid delivery connector which is removable from the needle such that it can be reused.

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a camera for the three-dimensional measurement of a dental object, comprising at least one light source that emits an illumination beam, at least one projection mask that produces a projection pattern, focusing optics that display the projection pattern in a plane of sharp focus at a defined focal distance relative to the dental camera. The projection pattern projected onto the object is reflected by the object as an observation beam and is acquired by means of a sensor. During the measurement of the object, the focusing optics are controlled in such a way that the focal distance of the plane of sharp focus relative to the camera is adjusted incrementally between a number of defined scan positions.
