    摘要: A linear motion rolling guide unit with underside seals not falling away from a slider even when mounting the slider on a track rail. An engaging member comprises a protrusion having two faces extending parallel to the sliding direction of the slider, one facing the track rail and the other facing away the track rail. The protrusion comprises an inner hook protruding toward the track rail and an outer hook protruding in the opposite direction and being out of phase with the inner hook in the sliding direction of the slider, and moves through the fitting hole while being elastically deformed in the process of pressing the engaging member into the fitting hole after the inner hook has been engaged with the fitting hole, and returns to its original shape when the outer hook passes through the fitting hole, whereby the inner and outer hooks hold the underside seal.

    摘要: A linear motion guide system is disclosed in which a clearance between a slider and a guide rail is closed truly to clear foreign matter away from entering inside the system through any end of the slider traveling on the guide rail. Thus, the linear motion guide system is befitting to severe working environment where much foreign matter occurs. A highly-tight sealing unit is provided which is comprised of a cassette constituted with a front panel and an enclosure, a sealing plate stowed into the cassette, and a rear panel to close an open edge of the enclosure. The sealing plate is composed of an intermediate spongy medium flanked by skin layers, and lubricant is forcibly absorbed in pores or cells in the intermediate layer.

    摘要: The thickness of a crossed roller bearing is reduced and attachment of a lid member 17 to a loading hole 16 from which rollers 15 are loaded is facilitated. Raceway grooves 13, 14 are respectively formed in an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12. The rollers are loaded from the loading hole formed in the outer ring, and interposed between the raceway grooves. The axes of the adjacent rollers lie at right angles to each other. The loading hole is covered by the lid member. A flange 22 is provided on an outer periphery of the outer ring, and has an outer end face 22a that is approximately flush with an end face of the outer ring and an inner end face 22b that is either in a position in alignment with or in an inner position across outer ends of the raceway grooves in an axial direction.

A linear motion guide unit is disclosed in which a slider fits for linearly sliding movement in a guide rail made of a thin steel material formed in an U-shape in cross section, and there is provided a stopper construction to keep the slider against getting out of the guide rail. The stopper construction is comprised of a stopper pin installed detachably to the guide rail at any lengthwise end thereof to cause the stopper pin to bear against any fore-and-aft end of widthwise opposing side walls of the slider, whereby the slider comes to rest to prevent it from becoming untethered from the guide rail.

The carrier belt is comprised of a pair of continuous bands lying to carry or bear axially opposite ends of the roller across an area set off-centre from an axis of the roller, and more than one U-type separator to join the continuous bands together with one another. The U-type separators 6 are each composed of a pair of legs joined together with their associated continuous bands, and a horizontal bridge interconnecting the sidewise spaced leg with each other.

    摘要: A table system with angular position control means is disclosed in which an object supported on a table can be moved accurately over a tiny angle in circular direction to any desired position. The table is supported on a bed for rotation through a crossed-roller bearing. Position control means gets the table to turn over a tiny angle through an arm plate fastened to the table. A nut and screw set, when driven by a motor, causes a linear motion that is in line with a tangent of the table, and the linear motion is translated into a circular motion to turn the table in any circular direction by virtue of a combination of a first linear motion guide unit interposed between the bed and a carriage to control the linear motion in the tangential direction, a second bearing means interposed between the carriage and a turret means, and a second linear motion guide unit to control a linear motion in the direction that looks towards the center of the table.

    摘要: A linear motion guide unit is disclosed wherein the end seals may be simply attached and/or detached from the end surfaces of the end caps to deal with the miniaturization. The end caps are provided on the end surfaces thereof with protuberances while the end seals are formed with perforations in correspondence with the protuberances. The protuberances each are of a rectangular contour in plan view and have jaws on its widthwise-opposing sides. The jaws may make engagement with stopper edges formed along the perforations. The end seals may be mounted onto the end surfaces of the end caps by simply forcing the end seals against the end caps, thereby making engagement of the protuberances with the perforations.

The lubricating means has a lubricant plate divided into a pair of lubricant plate components disposed in symmetry with each other, and the holder of a frame surrounding the lubricant plate components to keep steadily the components. The lubricant plate components each have a protrusion which move in sliding contact with raceway grooves of the track rail so as to feed lubricant to the raceway grooves. The lubricant plate components have protrusions fitted into windows in the holder. A pair of the lubricant plate components is supported in such a manner that they are separated by a center wall extending at an upper section of the holder towards the track rail.
