    摘要: A rolling guide device is capable of facilitating smooth circulation of rolling elements in an endless circulation path, and enhancing the accuracy of motion of a moving member relative to a track member. The moving member includes: a main body member having load rolling surfaces and return paths for the rolling elements; direction change pipes incorporating inner direction change paths and having inner peripheral guide surfaces of outer direction change paths, respectively; and lid members each being mounted on the main body member and having outer peripheral guide surfaces of the outer direction change paths. The main body member has position reference holes formed therein so as to serve as position references for the direction change pipes, respectively, whereas the direction change pipes have positioning protrusions formed thereon so as to be press-fitted into the position reference holes, respectively. Further, the direction change pipes include rotation restriction protruding portions.

The separating webs (13), on their front end disposed at an angle to the rolling element chain (8), are connected to a flexible cage belt (15) which extends along the rolling element chain (8).     摘要: A connector for a linear guideway is integrally formed by injection molding. The mold assembly of making the connector includes an upper mold, a lower mold and a pin. The variable cross section design of the pin enables the connector to have a plurality of ring-shaped portions with more than two different axial thicknesses, so that the distances between the respective rolling elements are different, and the frequencies of the respective rolling elements are also different, and as a result, the resonance sound pressure caused by the linear guideway and the machine are reduced. In addition, the variable cross section design of the pin reduces the manufacturing difficulty of making a relatively long connector.

    摘要: A roller guiding apparatus for use in linear guiding portions of a variety of kinds of industrial machines such as machine tools and the like is provided for guiding rollers which rollingly travel along a pair of opposed roller-rolling surfaces formed on a traveling rail and a movable body so as to move the movable body along the traveling rail. The apparatus employs barrel-shaped rollers which are suitable for supporting heavy loads and have excellent self-aligning ability and vibration-damping capability. To this end, the barrel-shaped rollers (4) each have a pair of arc-shaped portions (4a, 4b) which gradually decrease in their diameter from a center thereof toward opposite ends thereof. The opposed roller-rolling surfaces (5, 6) are configured such that those regions thereof which correspond to the opposite side arc-shaped portions (4a, 4b) of each roller (4) are composed of arc surfaces (5b, 5b; 6b, 6b) which have a radius of curvature slightly greater than that of the opposite side arc-shaped portions (4a, 4b) of each roller (4) so as to cause differential slips when the rollers (4) are traveling while contacting the opposed roller-rolling surfaces.
