    Abstract: An electrochromic module includes two opposite positioned first substrates and at least one electrochromic unit disposed between the first substrates. Each of the electrochromic unit includes a first conductive layer, a filter layer, and a second conductive layer stacked in turn. One end of the first conductive layer protrudes from an edge of the filter layer to form a first electrode area. One end of the second conductive layer protrudes from another edge of the filter layer to form a second electrode area. Vertical projections of the first electrode area and the second electrode area on the first substrates are spaced apart from each other. Each of the first electrode area and the second electrode area is configured to connect to a power supply. The electrochromic module can make it easy to connect the electrochromic unit to the power supply.

The second light splitting device is used to transmit the light onto a product to be tested through the first filter device and the first diaphragm. The light receiving device is used to receive transmitted light formed after the light passes through the product to be tested.

    Abstract: A structured light projector outputting light which is adapt to variations in distance between an object under test and the structured light projector can efficiently obtain data as to three dimensions of the object. The structured light projector includes a lens, an infrared laser source, a voice coil motor, a first camera, and a second camera. The infrared laser source can emit infrared light towards the voice coil motor, the first camera is movably housed in the voice coil motor. The voice coil motor can adjust a focal length of the first camera. The first camera is disposed on a transmission path of the infrared light, so that the infrared light enters the to-be-tested object. The second camera is disposed on the second surface, to receive light reflected by the to-be-tested object.

    Abstract: In an authority management method for providing interoperability across different locations and networks, an identity information database and an authority information database are established. Biological image information is obtained from users and registered in the database or an associated database. Biometric image information and an access request of a user are obtained. If there is certain identity information matching the biometric image information of the user in the identity information database, information as to authority and extent of authority are certain identity information queried from the authority information database. The access request is determined to be allowed or not allowed according to the certain authority information. If the access request is to be granted, and allowed in respect of a desired activity, an operation instruction is generated accordingly. A system for administering such method and device applying method are also disclosed.
