Abstract:
A touch panel structure includes: a transparent substrate; a shield layer on one face of the transparent substrate; a touch electrode layer on the face of the transparent substrate, a part of the touch electrode layer extending to a face of the shield layer distal from the transparent substrate; a lead layer on the face of the shield layer; an integrated circuit in the non-touch section on the face of the shield layer and electrically connected to the touch electrode layer and the lead layer; and a flexible circuit board electrically connected to lead layer. The number of the connection pins at the electrical junction between the flexible circuit board and the lead layer is reduced. When assembled with the mechanism, the possibility of interference between the flexible circuit board, the integrated circuit and the mechanism is minimized to avoid poor contact of the integrated circuit.
Abstract:
A magnetic tunnel junction cell includes a first electrode having an axis extending in a direction substantially perpendicular to an active surface of a substrate. The magnetic tunnel junction further includes a fixed layer, a U-shaped free layer, a tunnel layer sandwiched between the fixed layer and the U-shaped free layer and a second electrode embedded in the U-shaped free layer. The fixed layer, the tunnel layer and the U-shaped free layer are disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and constitute a magnetic tunnel junction. The tunnel layer may also be U-shaped.
Abstract:
A touch panel capable of identifying fingerprints includes a glass substrate, an electrode layer, a first and a second insulating layer, and a fingerprint identification sensing layer. The glass substrate has a first side and an opposite second side. The electrode layer is disposed on the second side, and has a plurality of first electrodes, second electrodes and metal trace lines electrically connected to the first and second electrodes. The first insulating layer fills spaces existing between the first and the second electrodes, whereas the second insulating layer covers the electrode layer. The fingerprint identification sensing layer is provided on the second insulating layer, and has a plurality of fingerprint identification chips and transmission conductors electrically connected to the fingerprint identification chips. By integrating the fingerprint identification chips into the touch panel, the touch panel can be produced at largely reduced manufacturing cost and provides upgraded fingerprint identification accuracy.
Abstract:
A bloodless glucose measuring and monitoring device which comprises a main computer and a PCB with a LCD display; a microprocessor; a blood glucose detection circuit connected to the microprocessor which includes a blood glucose detection module; and a memory module, a power module and a timekeeping module connected to the microprocessor. The PCB comprises a body resistance acquisition circuit with a body resistance acquisition module electrically connected to the microprocessor for measuring a body resistance between two points of skin of a human body and communicates with the microprocessor such that the body resistance obtained by the body resistance acquisition module is translated into a blood glucose value through the microprocessor and then the blood glucose value is displayed through the LCD display of the main computer.
Abstract:
A lever-type mop has a base, a cleaning unit, a connecting seat and a rod. The cleaning unit is attached on the bottom of the base. The rod is connected pivotally to the base through the connecting seat. The base has notches and the rod has a corresponding limiting protrusion. A bucket operated in coordination with the lever-type mop has an inclined surface and a straining board mounted under the inclined surface. When straining the cleaning unit, the base and the cleaning unit are put on the straining board and the rod is pivoted downward. With the abutting forces from the limiting protrusion and the inclined surface on opposite sides, the cleaning unit is squeezed. Therefore, the mop and the bucket have simple structures to achieve the purpose of squeezing the cleaning unit without touching the cleaning unit directly by the user's hand.
