    摘要: The present disclosure relates to an image sensor including a silicon substrate having a first conductivity type, and a read out integrated circuit (ROIC) and a photodetector disposed on the silicon substrate. The ROIC and the photodetector are spaced apart from each other in a first direction parallel to a top surface of the silicon substrate. The photodetector includes a first germanium pattern having the first conductivity type and a semiconductor pattern having a second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type, which are laminated in a direction perpendicular to the top surface of the silicon substrate. The first germanium pattern contacts the silicon substrate.

    摘要: Disclosed is a discontinuous jump current breaker, in an AC power system having an insulating material that exhibits nonlinear electrical characteristics between two electrodes, which blocks an AC power by observing a discontinuous jump current in which an insulator-metal transition occurs. The discontinuous jump current breaker includes a setting unit that sets the magnitude of a discontinuous jump current, a sensor unit including a metallic wire (Republic of Korea Patent Registration No. 10-1981640) parallel to an AC power wire, located at a separation distance d≥0, and that measures electromagnetic waves of an AC power, an amplifier unit that amplifies an analog signal of the metal wire, an analog-to-digital converter that converts the amplified analog signal to digital, a microcontroller unit including a memory unit for storing a program that drives the system, and a power blocking unit that blocks the discontinuous jump current.

    摘要: Disclosed herein are an apparatus and method for a secure online deep-learning model service. A client apparatus for the secure online deep-learning model service includes memory in which a secure input network and a secure output network generated in advance based on a deep-learning model provided from a server and at least one program are recorded and a processor for executing the program. The program may perform generating an input vector by passing user data through the secure input network, transmitting the input vector to the server, receiving an output vector acquired by passing the input vector through the hidden network of the deep-learning model from the server, and generating output data by passing the received output vector through the secure output network.
