Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a rubber sheet with a facial decorative cloth. A decorative cloth layer is first overlaid on the surface of the rubber sheet. Then, the rubber sheet with the decorative cloth layer is thermally rolled to make the decorative cloth layer adhered to and firmly bonded with the rubber sheet. The decorative cloth layer is printed with predetermined ink figures. A waterproof layer is laid on one face of the decorative cloth layer opposite to the rubber sheet to achieve waterproof effect.
Abstract:
A rubber pad fabrication method includes the steps of (a) putting in proper order a transparent rubber film, a piece of fabric having a design, and a dark color non-transparent rubber in the cavity of a first die and then closing a second die on the first die, (b) employing a pressure to the second die against the first die and simultaneously heating the first die and the second die to melt the transparent rubber film and the dark color non-transparent rubber, and (c) cooling down the first die and the second die and then removing the molded rubber pad from the cavity of the first die.
Abstract:
A textile with transparent light structure and heat-insulating construction and the method of manufacturing the same comprise a surface layer and an underlying layer, and the weft yarns of the underlying layer and the surface layer include non-transparent weft yarns and transparent yarns. By controlling the arrangement and ratio of the non-transparent yarn and the transparent yarn, the transparent light property can be obtained. Further, between the underlying layer and the surface layer, there are a multiple of high shrinkage-rate yarns included. Through the heat treatment, it would cause the contraction of the multiple high shrinkage-percentage yarns thereto make the surface layer and the underlying layer individually protrude like a three-dimensional structure. Besides, because of the different shrinkage rates, the thickness of the air layer of the underlying layer, the surface layer and the multiple high shrinkage-percentage yarns would also vary. The air layer is just the heat insulating factor of the textile.
Abstract:
A multi-chip package with electrical interconnection comprises a leadframe, at least a relay conductor, at least a first chip, at least a second chip, a plurality of bonding wires and a molding compound. A dielectric carrier is attached to the leadframe for fixing the relay conductor. The relay conductor has a top surface for interconnection of the bonding wires and a bottom surface attached to the dielectric carrier to electrically isolated from the leadframe. The bonding wires electrically connect the bonding pads of the first chip and second chip to the common lead of the leadframe through the relay conductor so as to achieve electrical interconnection of the plurality of chips and the leadframe inside the molding compound with lower cost.
Abstract:
In a method and apparatus for visual drive control, a set of flickering images that flicker at the same flicker frequency and that are associated with mutually distinct flicker patterns are simultaneously presented for viewing by an observer. Thereafter, evoked signals produced in the observer's brain are captured, and the flicker pattern having a greatest similarity with the captured evoked signals is determined. Finally, a control signal corresponding to the flicker pattern having the greatest similarity is generated.
Abstract:
An open-loop data recovery apparatus and method utilizing an oversampling technique is provided, by which the occurrence of data transitions is counted and a proper sampling clock phase is decided. Counters with variable thresholds are used to monitor the occurrence of phase transitions for a phase selection circuit to determine a preferred phase for recovery of sampled data. The thresholds of the counters are further adjusted in reference with the preferred phase decided by the phase selection circuit.
Abstract:
High capacity drug reservoirs are provided for incorporation into transdermal drug delivery systems. The drug reservoirs are hydrogels formulated from polyurethanes crosslinked with diisocyanate crosslinking agents or cured with radiation in the presence of a photoinitator. Drug loading as high as 65 to 70 wt. % or higher can be achieved by absorbing drug formulation into the reservoir after hydrogel synthesis. Methods for making and using transdermal systems containing such reservoirs are provided as well.
