    Abstract: The present disclosure provides method and device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station used for wireless communication. The UE receives a first signaling and a second signaling; and transmits first reporting information in a target time-frequency resource. The first signaling and the second signaling are respectively used to determine a first antenna port group and a second antenna port group; a first antenna port group and a second antenna port group are respectively applicable to a first time-frequency resource and a second time-frequency resource; at least one of the following is used to determine the target time-frequency resource from the first time-frequency resource and the second time-frequency resource: the first antenna port group, the second antenna port group. When uplink data and control information for different TRPs conflict in time domain, the above method guarantees the reception quality of the two and avoids an extra delay.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. The UE receives first information, receives a first signaling and transmits a first radio signal. The first information is used for determining a first air interface resource and a second air interface resource, and the first signaling includes scheduling information of the first radio signal; in instances in which the first radio signal is related to the first air interface resource, the scheduling information of the first radio signal is codebook-based; in instances in which the first radio signal is related to the second air interface resource, the scheduling information of the first radio signal is non-codebook-based. The above method has following benefits: when multiple TRPs serve one UE simultaneously, each TRP can select an optimal precoding mode depending on its own actual condition.

    Abstract: A method and a device in a node used for wireless communications. A first node receives K first-type reference signals; and transmits a first signal. A transmit power for the first signal is a first power value, a first reference power value is used to determine the first power value, and the first reference power value is linear with a first pathloss. A measurement on a first reference signal is used to determine the first pathloss, the first reference signal being one of the K first-type reference signals; a first index is related to at least a transmission antenna port for the first signal, and is used for determining the first reference signal out of the K first-type reference signals. The method above ensures a more accurate estimation of the interference sidelink transmission has caused to the cellular networks, thus improving the sidelink transmission performance and resource utilization.

    Abstract: A method for wireless communication, and a UE and a base station implementing the method are provided. The UE receives a first signaling and a second signaling, and then operates a first radio signal. Herein, the first signaling comprises a first field, and the second signaling comprises a second field. The second signaling comprises first-type scheduling information of the first radio signal. The first field of the first signaling and the second field of the second signaling are jointly used for determining whether the first radio signal is related to the first signaling. The operating action is receiving, or the operating action is transmitting. When the UE is scheduled to transmit or measure a plurality of reference signals, the above method can be employed to avoid possible misunderstanding or confusion resulted from citation of one reference signal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method and a device for wireless communications in a UE and a base station. A first node transmits a first signal; and monitors a first-type signaling in a first resource block in a first time window. The first signal is used for determining a first reference signal; the first node assumes a QCL parameter identical to a target reference signal for monitoring the first-type signaling in the first resource block in the first time window; the target reference signal is either the first reference signal or a second reference signal; whether the first time window belongs to a first-type time window is used for determining the target reference signal between the first reference signal and the second reference signal. The method provided above raises the chance of a node being served and resource utilization ratio in Unlicensed Spectrum.

The above method helps reduce the amount of data retransmitted due to LBT failure of partial frequency sub-bands.
