Abstract: A first node receives a first message set and a first DCI; performs a measurement on a first RS resource group; transmits a first CSI on a PUSCH of a first cell. The first message set comprises a first message, and the first DCI comprises a first field and a second field; the first DCI is used to schedule PUSCHs on at least K cells, K being a positive integer greater than 1; the first cell is one of the K cells; the first field of the first DCI is used to trigger the first CSI; the second field of the first DCI is used to determine the first cell; the measurement performed on the first RS resource group is used to calculate the first CSI, and the first message is used to indicate the first RS resource group.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station for wireless communication. A first node generates a first bit block, performs channel coding and then transmits a first radio signal. The first bit block comprising all bits in a second bit block and all bits in a third bit block is used for an input of the channel coding, and an output of the channel coding is used for generating the first radio signal. A Cyclic Redundancy Check (CRC) bit block of a fourth bit block is used for generating the third bit block. The fourth bit block comprises all bits in the second bit block and all bits in a fifth bit block, the bits in the fifth bit block are of fixed values, and the fifth bit block is composed of K bits, the K being a positive integer.

Herein, at least one reference signal of the M reference signals is transmitted by a first serving cell, and the first serving cell is not added by the UE; the UE assumes that a transmission antenna port of the first signaling is Quasi-Co-Located with a transmission antenna port of the first reference signal; W is a positive integer, and M is a positive integer greater than 1. Such method can be employed to avoid delay and service interruption brought about by cell handover.

A first node transmits a first signal, and the first signal is used for random access; in response to transmitting the first signal, monitors a first-type channel in a first resource set to detect a first-type signaling; monitors the first-type channel in a second resource set to detect a second-type signaling; receives a target signaling, the target signaling is used to determine a target time; and when the target signaling is a third-type signaling, in response to receiving the target signaling, stops monitoring the first-type channel in the first resource set after the target time; when the target signaling is a fourth-type signaling, in response to receiving the target signaling. The above method can quickly recover a beam for unicast service and a beam for PTM/multicast groupcast service after beam failure.

The above method ensures that a TCI state of reference signals constantly matches with configuration information with the beams being dynamically updated.
