摘要: A light emitting structure includes a first hole injection layer, a first organic light emitting layer, a charge generation layer, a second hole injection layer, a second organic light emitting layer, an electron transfer layer, and a blocking member. The light emitting structure has first, second, and third sub-pixel regions. The first organic light emitting layer may be on the first hole injection layer. The charge generation layer may be on the first organic light emitting layer. The second hole injection layer may be on the charge generation layer. The second organic light emitting layer may be on the second hole injection layer. The electron transfer layer may be on the second organic light emitting layer. The blocking member may be at at least one of the first to the third sub-pixel regions.

摘要: An organic light emitting device includes a first electrode formed over a substrate, an intermediate layer that is formed over the first electrode and includes an organic light emitting layer, and a second electrode that includes a central electrode unit disposed in a central region and a peripheral electrode unit separated from the central electrode unit and disposed in a peripheral region. The intermediate layer is disposed between the first and second electrodes. The organic light emitting device can readily secure a uniform brightness characteristic.

摘要: An organic electroluminescent device comprising an organic layer is provided. The organic layer is an electron transport layer comprising an electron transport material and a blue emission material. This electron transport layer causes an increase in the blue emission efficiency and lifespan of the organic electroluminescent device while improving efficiency in red and green ranges, a driving voltage, a color coordinate, and the lifespan of the organic electroluminescent device are not changed.

摘要: An organic light emitting diode and a method of fabricating the same. The organic light emitting diode includes a substrate, a first electrode on the substrate, emission layers on the first electrode including red, green and blue pixel regions, and a second electrode on the emission layers. The organic light emitting diode further includes an electron transport layer on the emission layers, and an intermediate layer formed by co-depositing metal quinolate and an organic material between at least one of the emission layers and the electron transport layer. The intermediate layer inhibits hole transport and increases a life span of the red pixel region.

A pixel region includes a plurality of organic light emitting diodes connected to scan lines and data lines. A scan driver supplies scan signals to the scan lines. A data driver supplies data signals to the data lines. A current limit device is connected between the scan driver and the pixel region and cuts-off a flow of an electric current flowing from the scan driver to the pixel region.
