    Abstract: A cable connector assembly (100) comprises an insulative housing, a number of contacts (2) received in the insulative housing, a printed circuit board (3) electrically connected with the contacts, a metallic shell (4) enclosing the insulative housing, and a cable. The contacts have signal contacts and grounding contacts. The printed circuit board defines a number of first conductive pads soldering with the contacts and a number of second conductive pads.
