The present application relates to of the communication field and discloses a method, device and system for implementing frequency point shift based on CR. The method comprises: determining, by a cognitive base station, a candidate working frequency point for UE deployed in a cognitive frequency band; then sending to the UE broadcast information which at least carries the candidate working frequency point and instructing the UE to shift from the working frequency point currently used thereby to the candidate working frequency point by way of a frequency point shift command. In this way, the UE deployed in the cognitive frequency band can achieve frequency point shift quickly and accurately according to the instruction from the cognitive base station when an authorized user accesses the working frequency point currently used by the UE, effectively avoiding interference to the authorized user and thereby ensuring the service performance and service continuity of the system. The present application also discloses a corresponding device and system.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method and a device for transmitting an aperiodic SRS in a TDD system. In the technical solution of the present invention,a symbol is defined for the transmission of the aperiodic SRS in a special subframe in the TDD system. This avoids a scenario in which the transmission position of the aperiodic SRS is undefined when a plurality of symbols that can be used to transmit the aperiodic SRS are available in an uplink pilot time slot (UpPTS). The problem of transmitting aperiodic SRS in a TDD system special subframe is thus solved. The modification to corresponding instruction messages is not extensive, and there is no overuse of system resources.

The embodiments of the present invention disclose a method, device and system for transmitting Sounding Reference Signals (SRSs). The method includes the following steps: a user equipment receives the special SRS sequence information for Coordinated Multi-Point Operation (CoMP) from a base station equipment, and the base station equipment corresponds to a cell in a CoMP SRS cluster (101); the user equipment transmits an SRS to the cell in the CoMP SRS cluster based on the special SRS sequence information for CoMP (102). The embodiments of the present invention ensure the accuracy and reliability of channel estimation.

Disclosed in the present invention is a coordinated scheduling method which includes that: a base station establishes the correspondences between sub-bands and spatial information, and communicates the correspondences between sub-bands and spatial information with the base station of a cooperative cell (301); said base station implements coordinated scheduling with the base station of said cooperative cell according to the correspondences between sub-bands and spatial information (302). The present invention implements that less scheduling information is transmitted via an X2 interface, and thus promotes the application of the CBF solution in an actual system.
