Switch device has a first terminal coupled to a DC power supply and a control terminal receiving a control signal. Inductor has a first terminal electrically coupled to a second terminal of switch device. Rectifying device has a first terminal electrically coupled to the first terminal of inductor. Capacitor has a first terminal electrically coupled to a second terminal of rectifying device, a second terminal electrically coupled to a second terminal of inductor. Switch device is switched between a first and second states based on control signals, the power of DC power supply is stored into inductor when switch device is in the first state; the power stored in inductor is released and provided to capacitor and LED module through rectifying device when switch device is in the second state.

摘要： A pulse width modulation (PWM) illumination control circuit with low visual noise for driving a light-emitting diode (LED) is provided. An illumination control pulse-generating unit is used to generate an illumination control pulse signal according to an illumination-adjusting signal. The duty cycle or frequency of the illumination control pulse signal varies within a predetermined scope for controlling a DC/DC converter to drive the light-emitting diode so that overall visual noise level of the PWM illumination control circuit is improved.

摘要： A multi-lamp driving system for driving a first lamp and a second lamp includes a power supply circuit, and first-stage transformers. The power supply circuit is used for supplying the first and second lamps with an AC power, and first-stage transformers coupled to the power supply circuit for performing an impedance-matching function to balance lamp currents and deliver evenly distributed current to each lamp in the multi-lamp system so that each lamp provides approximately same amount of luminance. The first-stage transformers includes a first transformer have a primary side coupled to the power supply circuit and a secondary side coupled to the first lamp, and a second transformer have a primary side coupled to the first transformer and a secondary side coupled to the second lamp.

The inverter comprises a half-bridge switch circuitry electrically connected to the DC voltage source, for outputting an AC signal, a resonant tank electrically connected between the half-bridge switch circuitry and the fluorescent lamp, for stepping up and filtering the AC signal into a high-voltage AC power source which is supplied to a load, and a controller feeding back an output of the fluorescent lamp, providing a pulse width modulation signal for turning on and off the half-bridge switch circuitry, such that the fluorescent lamp can operate consistently and provide a consistent brightness.

摘要： A lamp driving system includes a transformer, a first impedance network coupled in series to a second impedance network, and a first load coupled in series to a second load. The second impedance network has a larger impedance value with respect to the first impedance network and the first and second impedance networks coupled in parallel to a secondary side of the transformer. The first load is coupled in parallel to the first impedance network and a series of the second load and a blocking impedance network is coupled in parallel to the second impedance network, wherein the larger impedance value of the second impedance network compared to the first impedance network causes the second load to operate before the first load, and the blocking impedance network is adjusted to achieve the current balance of the first load and the second load by changing an impedance value of the blocking impedance network.
