Abstract: Provided is an anti-islanding protection system. The system is applied to a low-voltage distributed generation resource (DGR) and includes a box, a reverse power protector, a protection module and an output controller. The reverse power protector has an end connected to a first current transformer and has another end connected to the output controller. The reverse power protector is configured to provide reverse power protection for the low-voltage DGR. The output controller has an end connected to the protection module and the reverse power protector and has another end connected to a grid-connection switch of the low-voltage DGR. The output controller is configured to control the grid-connection switch to turn off when reserve power is detected. The protection module has an end connected to a second current transformer and has another end connected to the output controller. The protection module is configured to provide low-frequency protection, over-frequency protection, over-voltage protection and low-voltage protection for the low-voltage DGR.

Abstract: Provided are a process and a device for preparing environmentally-friendly insulating gas perfluoroalkylnitrile. The device comprises a first tank reactor, a second tank reactor, and a fixed bed reactor. A condensing and collecting device is provided at the top of the first tank reactor, a collecting and guiding channel at the bottom of the condensing and collecting device is connected to an inlet of a storage tank, and an outlet of the storage tank is connected to an inlet of the second tank reactor. The second tank reactor is connected to a perfluoroolefin tank. An outlet of the second tank reactor is connected to a storage gasification tank. The storage gasification tank is connected to a carrier gas tank, and an outlet of the storage gasification tank is connected to an inlet of the fixed bed reactor. The present invention starts from cyanuric chloride and perfluoropropylene, and uses two tank reactors and a fixed bed reactor to realize production with high atom economy. The preparation method has simple reaction conditions, high atom economy, low cost, and is continuous and enables scale production.

The method includes that a mobile charging apparatus transmits its own status information to a centralized battery distribution station; the centralized battery distribution station determines, according to the received status information, whether power of a battery of the mobile charging apparatus is less than a first threshold; if the power of the battery of the mobile charging apparatus is less than the first threshold, the battery of the mobile charging apparatus is processed so that the power of the battery of the mobile charging apparatus is greater than a second threshold, wherein the second threshold is greater than the first threshold; and if the power of the battery of the mobile charging apparatus is not less than the first threshold, the mobile charging apparatus charges the electric vehicle.

An application method includes mounting the wearable equipment to an electric power helmet, and automatically sending an infrared image, a visible light image, power monitoring information, voice, and a video in a power operation area to a background management controlling system for the substation maintenance mobile inspection.

Abstract: A renewable energy-based hybrid bi-directionally interactive DC traction power supply system includes two traction substations. Each substation includes transformers, rectifiers, bidirectional AC-DC converters, a DC bus, a catenary, a steel rail and a section post. A DC bus between two adjacent traction substations is provided with a DC renewable energy system constructed by an electric vehicle charging-discharging system, a distributed generation and more than one low voltage DC microgrid. The DC renewable energy system is connected to the DC bus between two adjacent traction substations through a high voltage DC bus, thus a DC circular microgrid being formed in a power supply section post. The electric vehicle charging-discharging system is formed by more than one bidirectional DC-DC charging-discharging equipments which are intended for in connection with the power batteries of the electric vehicle. The renewable energy-based hybrid bi-directionally interactive DC traction power supply system of the invention realizes effective usage of distributed generation and recycling of electric locomotive braking energy, reducing DC voltage fluctuation, thus improving reliability of the DC traction power supply system.

Abstract: A method and device for modeling a long-time-scale photovoltaic output time sequence are provided. The method includes that: historical data of a photovoltaic power station is acquired, and a photovoltaic output with a time length of one year and a time resolution of 15 mins is selected (101); weather types of days corresponding to the photovoltaic output are acquired from a weather station (102), and probabilities of transfer between each type of weather are calculated respectively (103); and a simulated time sequence of the photovoltaic output within a preset time scale is generated (104), and its validity is verified (105). By the method, annual and monthly photovoltaic output simulated time sequences consistent with a random fluctuation rule of a photovoltaic time sequence may be acquired according to different requirements to provide a favorable condition and a data support for analog simulation of time sequence production including massive new energy.
