Abstract: There is disclosed a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises a terminal-modified styrenic polymer having syndiotactic configuration the terminal of which is bonded to a compound having a polar group or a composition of the above terminal-modified styrenic polymer and a terminal-unmodified styrenic polymer having syndiotactic configuration, and an inorganic filler. The composition of the present invention is excellent in resistances to water, impact and heat as well as in mechanical properties and adhesivity with inorganic fillers without impairing the crystallization of the styrenic polymer having syndiotactic configuration.
