Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is configured to receive synchronization signal blocks (SSBs) from a wireless network to estimate frequency and timing errors. The UE receives a quasi co-location (QCL) configuration between a synchronization signal block (SSB) and at least one of a further SSB or a tracking reference signal (TRS), receives the SSB and the at least one of the further SSB or the TRS and estimates a frequency and timing error for the SSB by combining, based on the QCL configuration, measurements for the SSB and measurements for the at least one of the further SSB or the TRS.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for supporting cross carrier scheduling in LTE and NR dynamic spectrum sharing (DSS). A cellular base station may generate control information in accordance with a set of criteria, wherein the set of criteria supports a special Secondary Cell (sSCell) which is a Secondary Cell (SCell) in scheduling a special Primary Cell (SpCell) which is either a Primary Cell (PCell) or a Primary Secondary Cell (PSCell). The cellular base station sends the control information to a wireless device. The control information may be associated with Type3-PDCCH CSS configuration including DCI Format 2_5 and 2_6, SCell dormancy behavior, scheduling restrictions, USS configuration including non-fallback and fallback DCI Formats, and interaction with Multi-DCI Multi-TRP operation. After receiving the control information, the wireless device may conduct corresponding performance.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) is provided to implement a set of transmit power control (TPC) commands during a time domain window (TDW) including multiple physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmissions. The UE can receive a set of TPC commands during the TDW, determine whether a TPC command of the set of TPC commands satisfies a time constraint based on the timeline measurement, determine an effective TPC command for the set of TPC commands based on one or more TPC commands satisfying the time constraint, determine an effective delay for the effective TPC command based on the timeline measurement, and further apply the effective TPC command to a PUSCH transmission determined based on the effective delay of the effective TPC command.
