摘要： A waterproof sealing lip section is pressed onto a vehicle body panel, thereby enhancing a high waterproof function even if projecting amounts in height of the burrs are random. A conical waterproof flange projects from an outer peripheral surface of a body side cylinder for passing the wire harness so that the waterproof flange is inclined on the outer peripheral surface. An annular bent end extends from the conical waterproof flange. First and second annular sealing lips project from an inner surface of the bent end. The first and second sealing lips of the waterproof flange are pressed onto the vehicle body panel.

By phase-shifting the second duty instruction signal by 30° from the first duty instruction signal, a timing of maximum value of the first duty instruction signal is shifted from a timing of minimum value of the second duty instruction signal. Even when the maximum value is greater than a center output value and the minimum value is smaller than the center output value, overlapping of capacitor discharge is avoided, thereby reducing a ripple electric current.

A user acquires beforehand a doll called Pochara the Good Friend incorporating an IC chip that stores a user ID for authenticating the user. When the user mounts the doll on a platform 23 connected to a personal computer 22, the user ID is read from the IC chip by a reader housed in the platform 23 and transmitted over the Internet 1 to a Pochara service server 9. The server 9 has a Pochara database 10 holding personal information about users of the service. The transmitted user ID is checked against the personal information in the database for authentication. This invention applies advantageously to servers offering services through networks.
