摘要： A communication control apparatus includes a storage device configured to store corresponding weighted values for each of a plurality of predetermined portions of a sender address, a connection request receiver configured to receive a connection request packet including a connection request, a weight detector configured to obtain a weighted value corresponding to a part of the sender address assigned to the connection request packet from among the weighted values stored in the storage device, a connection controller configured to reject the connection request, when the obtained weighted value exceeds a predetermined value, by determining that a communication apparatus consumes more than a predetermined amount of a resource and discarding the connection request packet, and allow the connection request when the obtained weighted value falls within a predetermined range that is lower than the predetermined value, a weight updater configured to update the weighted values, and a packet transmitter.

摘要： A user identification data management scheme for a networking computer systems formed by a plurality of computers which are mutually connected through a network. In this scheme, at each computer, whether an access request from a user at another computer to each computer is to be permitted or not is judged, and access permission data necessary in checking whether a communication to each computer is from one user at one computer from which an access to each computer by that one user is permitted is generated. The generated access permission data are then stored in a memory. Then, whether an access to each computer is directly made at each computer or indirectly made from another computer through the network is detected, whether that access is proper or not is judged in a case that access is indirectly made, and that access is permitted in a case that access is judged as proper, according to the access permission data stored in the memory.

The function providing device accepts a program including a plurality of functions from a user device, finds a new function among the functions which has not been received yet and pass the same function to the control device. The control device executes functions passed from the function providing device based on values of the external sensors and controls the actuators by transmitting values of output arguments of the functions to the actuators.

摘要： When handover is performed from a first network to a second network, a terminal transmits a reply request message to a home agent through the first network after new configuration of a tunnel for transmitting and receiving a packet through the second network. If the terminal receives a reply message corresponding to the reply request message through the first network, the terminal detects that the configuration of the tunnel for transmitting and receiving the packet through the first network can be deleted, and deletes the configuration of the tunnel.

The translator includes an acquisition unit which acquires load information concerning a load on each of the controllers, a control instruction reception unit which receives a control instruction for a device from a client via the second network, a determination unit which determines whether the instruction is an aggregation target, based on the information, a first transfer unit which transfers the instruction to the aggregator corresponding to the instruction, and a second transfer unit which receives an aggregate control instruction from the aggregator. The aggregator includes a third transfer unit which receives the instruction from the translator, an aggregation unit which aggregates the plurality of instructions into one aggregate control instruction, and a fourth transfer unit which transfers the aggregate control instruction.
