摘要: Aspects relate to wireless communication where a master node (MN) or a secondary node (SN) may initiate a conditional addition of a primary secondary cell (PSCell) or a conditional change from one PSCell to another PSCell. Each candidate target PSCell may provide information to be used by the MN to generate a conditional PSCell addition (CPA) configuration or a conditional PSCell change (CPC) configuration that is sent to a user equipment (UE). This information may indicate an execution condition for each candidate target PSCell and/or radio bearers that each candidate target PSCell supports or does not support. An MN may modify a master cell group (MCG) configuration for a PSCell based on information received from a target SN with an secondary cell group (SCG) configuration for the PSCell. The MN may transmit a CPA or CPC configuration including the modified MCG configuration and the SCG configuration to the UE.

摘要: In various embodiments, an access point sends a first frame. The first frame carries a TXOP handover enforcement THE indication field which is a first value or a second value. The first value instructs a station that has accessed a channel to hand over a held TXOP to the access point, and the second value instructs the station that has accessed the channel to hand over the held TXOP to the access point when a handover condition is satisfied. It can be learned that the STA hands over the held TXOP to the AP. Therefore, the AP may be a TXOP holder through the TXOP handover even if the AP fails to obtain the channel through contention, so that a probability of holding the TXOP by the AP is improved, a probability of scheduling a STA by the AP is improved, and system resource utilization is improved.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium that is able to avoid ping pong mobility when a redirection procedure fails. The apparatus may attempt to perform a redirection procedure from a first RAT to a target frequency of a second RAT. The apparatus may receive a redirection failure notification indicating that the target frequency of the second RAT is unavailable. The apparatus may refrain from initiating a reselection procedure to the target frequency of the second RAT for a predetermined time period. The apparatus may deprioritize the target frequency of the second RAT for the predetermined time period when the target frequency of the second RAT is unavailable and is present in an SIB received from the neighbor cell. The apparatus may generate a list of banned frequencies that includes the target frequency of the second RAT when the target frequency of the second RAT is unavailable.

The vehicle control system can also obtain information about the user of the vehicle control system and information about the environment in which the conveyance is operating. Based on the input and the other information, the vehicle control system can modify or improve the performance or execution of user interface and functions of the conveyance. The changes make the user interfaces and/or functions user-friendly and intuitive.

摘要: A method of handover includes executing a first communication between a first communication device and a terminal device using a first plurality of channels, acquiring connection information indicating the first communication and first channel information indicating a first plurality of channels, specifying, based on the first channel information and second channel information indicating a second plurality of channels to be used by a second communication device, a third plurality of channels included in both of the first plurality of channels and the second plurality of channels, switching the first communication with the terminal device from using the first plurality of channels to using the third plurality of channels based on the third channel information, and executing, based on the connection information, a handover process from the first communication to a second communication which is executed between the second communication device and the terminal device using the third plurality of channels.

摘要: Embodiments of the present invention provide a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: sending, by a base station, a message including measurement configuration to UE, where the measurement configuration is used to request the UE to report a cell global identifier of a cell; obtaining, by the base station, a measurement report reported by the UE, where the measurement report corresponds to the measurement configuration and includes the cell global identifier of the cell and band information of the cell; and performing, by the base station, cell handover based on the band information and the cell global identifier of the cell. By means of the present invention, the base station obtains complete and accurate band information of the cell, so that the base station can perform accurate handover decision, thereby avoiding handover failure.

摘要: The present invention discloses methods and systems for selecting at least one SIM card for data communication at a wireless communication device which is capable of housing a plurality of SIM cards. When a switching condition is satisfied, the wireless communication device selects a second SIM card group, and disconnects one or more connections established using any non-second group SIM card. Non-second group SIM cards are SIM cards that are not in the second SIM card group. A selected SIM card from the second SIM card group is then used for data communications. The steps are repeated until (i) the switching condition is no longer satisfied, (ii) no more SIM cards selected from the second SIM card group can be used for data communications or (iii) no more connection is made using non-second group SIM cards

摘要: A method and apparatus for cell update while in a Cell_FACH state are disclosed. After selecting a target cell, system information is read from the target cell including high speed downlink shared channel (HS-DSCH) common system information. A radio network temporary identity (RNTI) received in a source cell is cleared and a variable HS_DSCH_RECEPTION is set to TRUE. An HS-DSCH medium access control (MAC-hs) entity is configured based on the HS-DSCH common system information. High speed downlink packet access (HSDPA) transmission is then received in the target cell. A CELL UPDATE message is sent to notify of a cell change. The HSDPA transmission may be received using a common H-RNTI broadcast in the system information, a reserved H-RNTI as requested in a CELL UPDATE message, or a temporary identity which is a subset of a U-RNTI. The MAC-hs entity may be reset.
