The display substrate includes a base substrate, as well as a first conductive layer, an organic functional layer and a second conductive layer which are on the base substrate sequentially, and the organic functional layer includes a carrier injection layer including a first carrier injection layer portion and a second carrier injection layer portion which are in a first sub-pixel area and a second sub-pixel area respectively; the display substrate further includes a spacer which separates the first carrier injection layer portion and the second carrier injection layer portion, and the carrier injection layer further includes a third carrier injection layer portion which is separated from the first carrier injection layer portion and the second carrier injection layer portion respectively.

Abstract: The present application discloses a pixel driving circuit with touch-sensing function. The driving circuit includes a first drive-control sub-circuit, a display-drive sub-circuit, a second drive-control sub-circuit, and an emission-control sub-circuit connected in series to generate a drive-current to drive a light-emission device in the subpixel under control of an emission-control signal in a respective one of multiple emission duty periods of a cycle time for displaying one frame of image. The drive circuit also includes a data-input sub-circuit and a charge sub-circuit to set a first voltage to the control terminal of the display-drive sub-circuit. Additionally, the drive circuit includes a photo-sensing sub-circuit configured to reset a photo-sensing device integrated with the light-emission device in the subpixel for touch sensing in a touch-sensing period before entering any one of the multiple emission duty periods of the cycle time.

Abstract: The present application discloses pixel circuit including a current-control circuit coupled respectively to a first data-signal terminal, a first voltage terminal, a first scan-signal terminal, and a first output node. The current-control circuit is configured to output a driving current to the first output node based on a first data signal and a first voltage signal in response to a first scan signal. The pixel circuit further includes a timing-control circuit coupled respectively to a second data-signal terminal, a second scan-signal terminal, multiple modulation-signal terminals, the first output node, and a second output node. The timing-control circuit is configured to select one modulation signal based on a second data signal in response to a second scan signal and to output the driving current from the current-control circuit via the second output node to a light-emitting device based on the modulation signal.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display and a driving method thereof are provided. The liquid crystal display includes a backlight source, a lower substrate at a light exit side of the backlight source, an upper substrate opposite to the lower substrate, and a liquid crystal layer between the two substrates. The backlight source includes a plurality of light sources, and light emitted from each light source is collimated light. The liquid crystal display further includes at least one first electrode and at least one second electrode between the lower substrate and the liquid crystal layer and a light shielding structure, orthographic projections of the light source and the light shielding structure on the lower substrate overlapping. The first and second electrodes are configured to receive different voltages to form an electric field, so that liquid crystal molecules within the electric field are deflected to form convex lens structures.
