    Abstract: The embodiment of the disclosure provides a photovoltaic component. A light transmission module of the photovoltaic component covers an upper surface of a solar panel module, and a circuit board module is disposed on a lower surface of the solar panel module, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface are two opposite surfaces of the solar panel module. The light transmission module comprises a transparent substrate and a piezoelectric film layer, wherein the transparent substrate is disposed oblique to the ground, and the piezoelectric film layer is attached to a backlight surface of the transparent substrate. The circuit board module is electrically connected with the piezoelectric film layer, and when the piezoelectric film layer is electrified, the piezoelectric film layer vibrates at different frequencies.

    Abstract: A piezoelectric element, a piezoelectric vibrator and a manufacturing method thereof, and an electronic device, a piezoelectric structure is arranged on a first electrode, and a second electrode is arranged on the piezoelectric structure, wherein the second electrode includes a conductive layer and an anti-oxidation layer arranged on the piezoelectric structure in sequence. The conductive layer is configured to generate, when a breakdown short circuit occurs in the piezoelectric element, solid solution between a breakdown location of the piezoelectric element and anti-oxidation layer, and oxidize to generate an insulating material. The conductive layer and anti-oxidation layer are used as top electrodes of the piezoelectric element, when the breakdown short circuit occurs in the piezoelectric structure of the piezoelectric element, the conductive layer is melted by a huge amount of heat generated by the short circuit, a solid solution is formed by the anti-oxidation layer and the conductive layer.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a manufacturing method for a piezoelectric ceramic chip, a piezoelectric ceramic chip assembly and a display device. The manufacturing method includes: transferring a piezoelectric ceramic layer and a bottom electrode covering the piezoelectric ceramic layer formed on a substrate to a base plate, forming an insulating layer with an opening on the base plate, so that edges of the piezoelectric ceramic layer and the bottom electrode are covered by the insulating layer, and the piezoelectric ceramic layer is exposed from the opening; etching the base plate by immersing the base plate in an etching solution for etching a material of the bottom electrode; and forming a top electrode in the opening of the insulating layer, so that the top electrode is spaced apart from the insulating layer.

    Abstract: A display module and a fabrication method thereof, and a display device, and relates to the field of display technologies, to synchronously implement a display function and a surface tactile reproduction function. The display module includes: a base substrate, a plurality of piezoelectric structures positioned on a first side of the base substrate, and at least one isolation portion positioned on the first side of the base substrate and configured to separate any two adjacent piezoelectric structures. A pixel hole is arranged in at least one of three positions, i.e., a position of the piezoelectric structure, a position of the isolation portion, and a position between the piezoelectric structure and the isolation portion. The display module also includes a plurality of pixel structures, and each of the plurality of pixel structures is positioned in one of the pixel holes.
