    Abstract: A device and method for measuring the thickness and position tolerance of a wheel bolt hole. The device includes a screw, a handle, a detection pillar and a base plate, where the handle and the base plate are fixed via the screw; the detection pillar is fixed onto the base plate through interference fit; and the detection pillar a bolt hole. The position tolerance and thickness of a bolt hole are measured simultaneously, and the labor intensity is reduced, and the existing bolt hole position tolerance detection tool can be modified for the use as the tool of the device, saving costs. The tool can detect the thickness of a bolt hole and qualitatively determine the range where the difference between the value of bolt hole thickness and the standard value approximately lies, and can be used for the grading of bolt hole thickness values based.

    Abstract: The present application discloses an exchanging double-station wheel burr removing device, comprising an exchange system, a left burr brushing system, clamping drive systems, a right burr brushing system. In practical use, the four V-shaped rollers lamp a wheel, the first servo motor drives the clamped wheel to rotate, and simultaneously, clamping drive system enables a right wheel to rotate; the drive motor drives the round brush and the outer ring brush to rotate; the first cylinders drive the rotating brushes to ascend, and the brushes in contact with the back cavity of the wheel can remove burrs; the first and second servo electric cylinder can drive the large brush to move, when the large brush are in contact with roots and corners of wheel flanges and rims, it can remove burrs; and the second servo motor can exchange the left burr brushing system with the right burr brushing system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a device and method for measuring dimensions of a back boring cutter. The device is formed by a measuring portion (1), a connecting portion (2) and a clamping portion (6). The measuring portion (1) has a first horizontal through hole (7), a horizontal hole (5) and a vertical hole (4). The clamping portion (6) comprises a second horizontal through hole (7′), a side wall of the second horizontal through hole (7′) is provided with a bolt hole (8), and a bolt (3) passes through the bolt hole (8) to install and fix a to-be-measured back boring cutter. One end of the connecting portion (2) is fixed on the measuring portion (1), while the other end is fixed on the clamping portion (6). The device and the method of the present invention have the advantages that simple measurement of important dimensions of the back boring cutter is realized, and dimension detection of the back boring cutter is simpler and more accurate.

    Abstract: An improved vehicle wheel spraying support tool is provided.     Abstract: A high-precision turning device. The device has a base plate, a base, a support A, wherein a groove is formed in the center of the bottom surface of the base, and a lead screw passes through the groove; symmetrical T-shaped annular grooves are formed in two sides of the interior of the base, two symmetrical T-shaped annular columns are arranged on the lower end face of a turning block, and the T-shaped annular columns can be inserted into the T-shaped annular grooves; and the structure of a central position of the lower end face of the turning block is annular teeth, and the annular teeth are meshed with the lead screw. A servomotor drives the lead screw to rotate, and by virtue of meshing matching of the annular teeth and the lead screw, the turning block can turn along the centers of the T-shaped annular grooves in the base.
