In use, the T nut is installed in the outermost T groove of the spoke; a second boss on a connecting ring fits with the groove on the back of the spoke; the spoke, the connecting ring and the fixing ring are connected together by the first screw; grooves on the outer side of the brake drum fit with a first boss in the right circumferential direction of the fixing ring; and the second screw axially fixes the brake drum in the fixing ring through a spacer.

摘要: A wheel deburring device includes a machine frame, a wheel delivery and positioning mechanism mounted in the frame, and a brush for brushing off burrs from a wheel. The brush is movably mounted to the frame through a rising and falling plate and a sliding plate rack connected with the plate via first guide rails, the brush being able to rotate by a servo motor mounted in the frame and to rise and fall by a rising and falling cylinder. A first servo electric cylinder is mounted so that the first cylinder can adjust angles of the brush. A second servo electric cylinder is fixed at one side of the rising and falling plate, and its output end is connected with the rack so that the second cylinder can adjust positions of the brush through first guide rails.

When the device is used, one motor can simultaneously drive an inner brush, an outer brush and a plurality of round brushes to rotate, and the rotating speeds of the three kinds of brushes can be appropriate by setting an appropriate drive ratio; the device can avoid the problem that the linear speed is low in the center but high at the outer edge when an integrated brush rotates at the same angular speed; meanwhile, the device has the characteristics of high automation degree, advanced process, simple structure and high safety and stability.
