摘要: A portable electric grill and method of use are described. The grill includes a double walled dome lid, a basin having a cavity, a grill that interfaces with the basin, a first heating element, a second heating element, a temperature controlling component, and a support that interfaces with a surface. The double walled dome lid includes a dome lid inner wall and a dome lid outer wall. The dome lid inner wall and the dome lid outer wall are joined at a base of the double walled dome lid. The basin interfaces with the base of the double walled dome lid, and the basin includes a hinge coupling the basin and the double walled dome lid. The first heating element is radially disposed about an exterior surface of the dome lid inner wall and within the dome lid outer wall. The second heating element is disposed within the basin cavity.

摘要: A double walled domed electric roasting oven and method of use is described. The double walled domed electric roasting oven includes a double walled dome lid, a base pan, a temperature controlling component and a heating element. The double walled dome lid is formed by coupling a domed inner wall and a domed outer wall with a fastener. The double walled dome lid has a dome lid height. The base pan interfaces with a bottom of the double walled dome lid. The base pan has a base pan height. The dome lid height is at least 2.5 times greater than the base pan height. The temperature controlling component is disposed on an exterior outer wall of the double walled dome lid. The temperature controlling component includes a heating element that is electrically coupled to the temperature controlling component. The heating element is radially disposed about the exterior inner wall surface of the domed inner wall and positioned within the domed outer wall.

摘要: The disclosure provides a clamp circuit and a method for clamping voltage. The clamp circuit includes: a first switch control unit, connected with the high-potential terminal of the first stage output of a comparator and configured to clamp the voltage of the high-potential terminal to VGate1 when the voltage of the high-potential terminal is lower than a first pre-set value V1, and a second switch control unit, connected to the low-potential terminal of the first stage output of the comparator and configured to clamp the voltage of the low-potential terminal to VGate2 when the voltage of the low-potential terminal is higher than a second pre-set value V2, wherein the voltages of the first stage output of the comparator are between VGND and VCC. By the disclosure, the output voltage swings of the first stage of the comparator are limited, and thereby the processing speed of the comparator is improved.

摘要: A driving circuit for regulating current in a light source using a tracking component. The tracking component detects the voltage difference between an input node in the input stage and an output node in the output stage. The input stage is connected to a current source and includes an input transistor. The output stage is connected to the light source and includes an output transistor. The tracking component generates an output that controls the input and output transistors based on the voltage difference between the input node and the output node so that the voltage at the input node tracks the voltage at the output node. By using the tracking component, the LED driver can achieve accurate current control through one output transistor instead of cascaded transistors, resulting in lower output operating voltage and reduced power dissipation of the LED driver. Further, the tracking component is intermittently operated or shared across different channels to reduce energy consumption of the LED driver.

摘要: A timer service uses a single timer function to perform timing services for both relative and absolute timers. The first timers from a sorted array of absolute timers and relative timers are used in a function that will return when the earliest absolute timer expires or will timeout when the earliest relative timer expires. The timer function may be interrupted when a new timer is added to one of the arrays. The function will operate in a predictable and consistent manner, even when a system clock is adjusted.

摘要: A peripheral electronic device includes a health check application configured to execute automatically upon connection of the peripheral device to a data source, such as a personal computer. The health check application can diagnose problems and if necessary, repair the problems with the peripheral device, the data source, or both. Examples of problems include corrupted data and indications of software, firmware, and hardware failures or impending failures. In some instances, the health check application can provide a warning of an impending failure. The health check application, after initially executing, can be triggered in various ways to scan again for problems. In addition to finding and repairing problems, the health check application can also attend to maintenance.

摘要: A data backup system is provided for backing up data files from a data source and for securing those data files against accidental modification or deletion. The system comprises storage and a data protection component that includes an application programming interface defining a command set. The system can also comprise a backup application that is configured to use the commands of the command set. The data protection component allows applications that use the commands of the command set, such as the backup application, to access the storage of the system. The data protection component prevents operating systems and applications that do not use the commands of the command set from accessing the storage. The data protection function of the data protection component can optionally be disabled to allow open access to the storage.

摘要: A system and method for identity decisions and invalidation. Modified objects (e.g., files, executables, etc.) are flagged for reevaluation. Privileges associated with the object are only persisted if the modifications are determined to be authorized (e.g., updates and patches). In one embodiment, a tagging system registers to be notified of all writes, renames, truncations, moves, deletions, or any other relevant modifications to objects. If the tagging system detects a modification operation targeting the object, it invalidates all identity decisions cached with the object. The next time the object runs, the system does not recognize the object and it is forced to reevaluate its identity. Thus, patching and other write operations are still permitted, but the system detects the changed object and reevaluates the identity.
