Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a signal receiving method, a signal transmission method, and a device, and relate to the communications field, so as to resolve a problem that a supported quantity of UEs that perform orthogonal code division multiplexing through cyclic shifts is relatively small when a frequency deviation between a center frequency for receiving a signal by UE and a center frequency for transmitting a signal by a base station is greater than a subcarrier spacing used for communication between the base station and the UE. The embodiments of the present invention are used in a signal transmission process.

Abstract: A sequence-based signal processing method and apparatus are provided. A sequence meeting a requirement for sending a signal by using a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) is determined, where the sequence is a sequence {ƒn} consisting of N elements, ƒn is an element in the sequence {ƒn}, and the determined sequence {ƒn} is a sequence meeting a preset condition; then, the N elements in the sequence {ƒn} are respectively mapped to N subcarriers to generate a first signal; and the first signal is sent. By using the determined sequence, when a signal is sent by using a PUCCH, a low sequence correlation can be maintained, and a relatively small peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) value and cubic metric (CM) value can also be maintained, thereby meeting a requirement of a communication application environment in which a signal is sent by using a PUCCH.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a power usage state information transmission method and apparatus. The transmission method for transmitting power usage state information according to the present invention includes: determining, by a terminal device, a power headroom PH of a second cell corresponding to the terminal device; and sending, by the terminal device to the first network device, the PH and channel configuration information corresponding to the PH. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the first network device can readily acquire, according to the PH and the channel configuration information, a power usage state of the second cell corresponding to the terminal device. In this way, transmit power of UE between different network devices can be properly allocated, and therefore, system resources are properly used.
