The method includes: receiving first downlink control information DCI in search space of a first carrier bandwidth part BWP, where if a frequency domain resource allocation type of the first BWP is a type 0, an Lf-bit frequency domain resource allocation indication in the first DCI is an Lf-bit bitmap, and bits in the Lf-bit bitmap in descending order are respectively corresponding to resource block groups RBG 0 to RBG (Lf−1) in a second BWP; and for one bit in the Lf-bit bitmap, when a value of the bit is t1, an allocated resource includes one RBG corresponding to the bit.

Abstract: A power control method includes determining priorities of uplink transmission and sidelink transmission, where the uplink transmission is used to transmit uplink information by a first terminal device to a network device, and the sidelink transmission is used to transmit sidelink information by the first terminal device to a second terminal device; determining target information that is in the sidelink information and that overlaps with the uplink information in time domain in a scheduling time unit; determining transmit powers of the uplink information and the target information based on the target information and the priorities of the uplink transmission and the sidelink transmission; and sending the uplink information based on the transmit power of the uplink information, or sending the target information based on the transmit power of the target information.

Abstract: An uplink resource grant method includes receiving, by a terminal, configuration information from a network device, where the configuration information includes information about a first uplink resource and information about a second uplink resource, and searching, by the terminal, a search space for a downlink control channel to obtain grant information. The search space includes a first control channel candidate set when the downlink control channel carries grant information of the first (or the second) uplink resource, and the search space includes a second control channel candidate set when the downlink control channel carries grant information of the second (or the first) uplink resource or grant information of a downlink resource. The first control channel candidate set is the same as the second control channel candidate set.
