    Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for communications are provided. In the methods, a network device sends first indication information to a terminal device, where the first indication information indicates a first bandwidth part (BWP) that is to be activated, other than a primary BWP, to the terminal device, and the primary BWP is a BWP that remains activated between the terminal device and the network device. The network device communicates with the terminal device in an activated first BWP and the primary BWP.

    Abstract: This application relates to the field of communication technologies, and provides a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device receives first downlink control information DCI from a network device through a first physical downlink control channel PDCCH. The first DCI includes a first time domain resource assignment TDRA indicator field, and the first TDRA indicator field is used to indicate a first time domain resource. The terminal device receives or sends data on a second time domain resource after determining the second time domain resource based on a time domain position of the first PDCCH and the first time domain resource. The first time domain resource is different from the second time domain resource. The method is applied to a time domain resource assignment process of the data scheduling.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method, a communications apparatus, and a communications system, to determine a physical resource block (PRB) grid when a center frequency of a synchronization signal (SS) is inconsistent with a center frequency of a carrier. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, an SS from a network device; determining, by the terminal, a first PRB grid based on the SS; receiving, by the terminal, first indication information from the network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate a first frequency offset between the first PRB grid and a second PRB grid; and determining, by the terminal, the second PRB grid based on the first PRB grid and the first frequency offset.

    Abstract: This application provides a sidelink resource configuration method and apparatus. The method includes: configuring, by a network device, sidelink bandwidth part (SL BWP) configuration information for a terminal device, where the SL BWP configuration information is used to indicate a common first parameter of M resource pools in the SL BWP; and configuring, by the terminal device, the M resource pools in the SL BWP based on the SL BWP configuration information in a process of configuring the resource pools in the SL BWP, where the M resource pools have at least one same parameter, and the at least one parameter is determined based on the first parameter. Therefore, communication between different terminal devices can be implemented by configuring the resource pools in the SL BWP.
