    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a ram air fan inlet shroud for a ram air fan assembly of an aircraft is provided. The ram air fan inlet shroud including: a shroud portion extending outwardly from a conical portion, the conical portion providing a transition between a central portion and an inner ram air fan hub interface portion, the conical portion including a plurality of inner cooling holes, a diameter of each of the plurality of inner cooling holes is about 0.406 inches (1.031 cm); and a recessed portion located between the inner ram air fan hub interface portion and an outer ram air fan hub interface portion, the recessed portion including a plurality of outer cooling holes.

    Abstract: An aspect includes a compressor diffuser and shroud for a motor driven compressor assembly. The motor driven compressor assembly includes a first stage compressor and a second stage compressor. The compressor diffuser and shroud of the second stage compressor includes a diffuser portion and a shroud portion. The diffuser portion includes a diffuser portion outer lip having a first sealing lip outer diameter to provide a first sealing interface to a second stage compressor housing. The shroud portion includes a curvature between the diffuser portion outer lip and a compressor inlet to align with a second stage compressor rotor, where a ratio of the first sealing lip outer diameter to an innermost diameter of the compressor diffuser and shroud is between 2.698 and 2.711.

    Abstract: A lockout tool for an air cycle machine includes a lockout tool body threaded section, a lockout tool body end section, and a lockout tool body conical tip. The lockout tool body threaded section is operable to engage a threaded port of the air cycle machine that is proximate to a shaft of the air cycle machine. The lockout tool body end section includes a rotation interface operable to receive a rotational force to control engagement of the lockout tool body threaded section with the threaded port. The lockout tool body conical tip is operable to engage the shaft of the air cycle machine to prevent rotation of the shaft.
