    摘要: A fuel feed apparatus includes a lid member that plugs an opening of a fuel tank. A protruding member protrudes from the lid member into an inside of the fuel tank. A sub-tank is accommodated in the fuel tank. The sub-tank is axially movable relative to the lid member. A pump module is accommodated in the sub-tank. The pump module includes a fuel pump and a fuel filter. The fuel pump pumps fuel from the fuel tank. The fuel filter circumferentially surrounds the fuel pump for removing foreign matters contained in fuel discharged from the fuel pump. A supporting member connects the pump module with the sub-tank. The supporting member extends inwardly with respect to a substantially radial direction of the sub-tank. The supporting member defines a recess on a side of the lid member. The protruding member is adapted to be inserted in the recess.

    摘要: A receiving device is provided with a DLL circuit of a reduced scale. An inverse spreading processing to ensure the synchronism with a received signal and a processing to inversely spread original data in the received signal are performed by a time-sharing operation using one inverse spreading circuit and one integrator. During a period in which synchronous data for detecting a slot duration included in the received signal is received, the synchronous data is alternately inversely spread by an early code and a late code and sample-hold circuits alternately sample and hold the integrated output. Further, based on the difference (error signal) between sample-hold signals, the early code, the late code and a reference code outputted from a code sequence generator are synchronized with the received signal. Then, the inverse spreading circuit and an integrator inversely spread the original data in the received signal based on the synchronized reference code and a detection output is generated by integrating the inverse spreading output.

    摘要: A communication device performs a radio communication in an ultra wideband with the use of the impulse radio system. The communication device includes a receiver. The receiver is equipped with antennas, a correlation circuit, and a CPU. The antennas receive send signals from a transmitter. The correlation circuit detects a synchronization pulse having a longer cycle than a highly redundant data pulse among received signals. The CPU performs a synchronization process based on the synchronization pulse. The CPU establishes a channel based on the synchronization pulse, and selectively changes the antennas according to the received signal. In the case where the receive signal has not been received for a given period of time after the synchronization is established correlation signals is stopped outputting to start a polling signal. The correlation signals are output to obtain correlation of the receive signals.

    摘要: A road landscape map producing apparatus is loaded on a movable body, and produces a road landscape map. The road landscape map includes road landscape information showing a surrounding landscape in a road. The road landscape information includes road landscape classification items obtained by classifying the surrounding landscape into some items, e.g., “streetscape”, “forest” and “open road”. A photographing device such as a camera photographs surrounding images in accordance with movement of the movable body. A still picture is photographed as the surrounding image. The surrounding image is classified into the road landscape classification items by an image process. Based on a geographic position at which the surrounding image is photographed, the road landscape classification item is associated with the map information. Thereby, the road landscape map is produced. Since the produced road landscape map includes the road landscape information showing the road landscape at each point, by displaying the map, it becomes possible to easily know the landscape at each point on the map.
