    摘要: The present invention discloses a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device, comprising: forming a first shallow trench isolation in a substrate; forming a semiconductor device structure in an active region surrounded by the first shallow trench isolation; removing the first shallow trench isolation and leaving a shallow trench in the substrate; and filling the shallow trench with an insulating material to form a second shallow trench isolation. In the method for manufacturing the semiconductor device according to the present invention, after forming the shallow trench isolation with high stress, the high stress is memorized by the gate to enhance the stress in the channel region by etching, removing, and then backfilling the shallow trench isolation, so that the carrier mobility in the channel regions to be formed later can be increased and the device performance can be improved.

An example method comprises: sampling a current from a power stage comprising: three phase legs, a current sensor to measure a dc-link current, and three more current sensors configured to measure three summations of currents for the power stage, storing the sampled current into a current stack if the sampled current comes from a survived sensor and is one of the phase currents from the switching state in the state stack, and reconstructing an unknown phase current by using the previously stored currents along with the sampled current to calculate the unknown phase current. The method using an event detector system for providing: extracting a plurality of visual features from each of the image records; wherein the visual features include segmenting an image record into a number of regions, in which the visual features are extracted; generating a plurality of concept scores for each of the image records using the visual features, wherein each concept score corresponds to a visual concept and each concept score is indicative of a probability that the image record includes the visual concept; generating a feature vector corresponding to the event based on the concept scores of the image records; and supplying the feature vector to an event classifier that identifies at least one semantic event classifier that corresponds to the event.

    摘要: The invention can achieve a recovery time that satisfies the demands of real-time transmission processing by performing, in an extremely short time period, an RSTP process in a network, which is configured in a ring topology and wherein a plurality of IEEE 802.3 compliant nodes is connected via prescribed transmission lines, using hardware to execute processes related to the physical layer and the data link layer of the OSI reference model—without software processing. The RSTP processing unit of each node: receives BPDU data, which is received from the network by one of two PHY units and stored in a BPDU send/receive buffer of a corresponding MAC unit that is connected to that PHY unit, via a BPDU data bus that is connected to that MAC unit; decodes the received BPDU data; performs a prescribed process; transfers the BPDU data, via the BPDU data bus that is connected to the other MAC unit, to the other BPDU send/receive buffer; and transmits that BPDU data from the PHY unit connected to the other MAC unit to the network.

    摘要: A system and method for retrieving certificate of trust information for a certificate validation process. Fetching servers periodically retrieve certificate revocation lists (CRLs) from servers maintained by various certificate issuers. The revoked certificate data included in the retrieved CRLs are stored in a central database. An authentication server receives a request from a client for access to a secure service and initiates a validation process. The authentication server retrieves revoked certificate data from the central database and compares the retrieved revoked certificate data to certificate of trust information received from the client along with the request. The authentication server denies access to the secure information if the certificate of trust information matches revoked certificate data from the central database, allows access if the certificate of trust information does not match revoked certificate data from the central database.
