摘要: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for ensuring the security of a blockchain and associated network, and for enabling the establishment of consensus regarding the state of the blockchain. A method of the disclosure may be implemented by one or more nodes on a blockchain network, using a non-parallelisable algorithm to calculate an output based on a computational difficulty parameter, a hash of at least one blockchain transaction; and/or a hash of at least one blockchain block header. The non-parallelisable, inherently sequential algorithm comprises at least one of the following operations or a combination thereof: a recursive operation, a modular exponentiation and/or a repeated squaring operation.

摘要: Example embodiments of systems and methods for data transmission system between transmitting and receiving devices are provided. In an embodiment, each of the transmitting and receiving devices can contain a master key. The transmitting device can generate a diversified key using the master key, protect a counter value and encrypt data prior to transmitting to the receiving device, which can generate the diversified key based on the master key and can decrypt the data and validate the protected counter value using the diversified key.

摘要: Systems and methods for enabling auditing access to protected data stored at a data service using smart contracts on a blockchain are disclosed. According to certain aspects, a compliance management system may maintain and update a public blockchain with transaction indicative of non-compliance events associated with access to the protected data. Auditors or other third parties may access the public blockchain to audit the access to the protected data. Additionally, the compliance management system may implement a private blockchain to manage access restrictions to the protected data and process data requests for the protected data.

摘要: The present invention discloses a system and method of trading registered equities with the Securities and Exchange Commission on an immutable blockchain on an immutable blockchain, while also integrating with the rules and regulations of the existing brokerage ecosystem. In these systems and methods, customers are invited by at least one broker dealer to participate as a user on the digital trading platform to take a cash immutable action that comprises the placement of at least one of an order, bid or offer. The action, containing a digital price, is then entered into the digital trading platform, stored on the platform and used to facilitate a spot market transaction between a buyer and a seller.

摘要: The object is to present a technical solution for a bank to disclose information on a deposit account directly to a third party. The owner of a virtual currency address or real-currency deposit account provides a disclosure key to a disclosee (third party). The third party accesses a disclosure server 6 by operating a disclosee terminal 7, and transmits a disclosure request with the disclosure key. The disclosure server 6 accesses to an opener bank server 1, 8, acquires the virtual currency address owner information or the instant real currency deposit account balance information, transmits it to the disclosee terminal 7, and make it browsable on the disclosee terminal 7.

摘要: The present invention discloses a system and method of trading derivatives of securities purchased on a blockchain within the traditional broker-dealer ecosystem. In these systems and methods, securities purchased on a blockchain are converted into derivatives of securities that can be traded within the traditional broker-dealer ecosystem by a user using their brokerage account. Users participate on a digital trading platform within the traditional broker-dealer ecosystem, where they take an action that comprises the placement of at least one of an order, bid or offer of the derivatives of securities, which derives their value, at least in part, on the underlying security asset purchased on the blockchain.

摘要: Described herein are various embodiments of methods and systems for distributing temporary control of an asset. For example, a method can include receiving an indication of an execution of a transfer of temporary control between a granting entity and a receiving entity of a unit of an asset comprising a plurality of units. Transaction data comprising a duration of the temporary control of the unit can be received and recorded in a distributed ledger of a blockchain network. Logic and rules corresponding to conditions of transfer of the temporary control of the unit of the asset can be identified. The method can include receiving a granting entity authentication key and determining whether the transaction data meet the logic and the rules of the conditions of transfer.

摘要: Methods performed by a validation one or a sender one of a plurality of nodes implemented by computing devices in a network. The sender node sends, to the validation node, a request to transfer an amount of virtual currency from a sender account (associated with transaction receipts) to a recipient account. The request includes first copies of the receipts or references thereto. The validation node requests second copies of the receipts from at least two of the nodes, and receives the second copies from fewer than all of the nodes. The validation node determines whether the first copies have been tampered with by comparing the first and second copies to one another. When tampering has not occurred, at least one new receipt is generated indicating the amount has been transferred. Then, the at least one new receipt is forwarded to fewer than all of the nodes for storage.

摘要: A method includes an object owner computing entity issuing a digital record representing a contingent asset to a marketplace computing entity that identifies an asset authenticity computing entity. The method further includes the asset authenticity computing entity generating an authenticity indicator associated with the contingent asset and the marketplace computing entity determining that the authenticity indicator is the same as a lifecycle status indictor of the digital record. The method further includes the marketplace computing entity generating a smart contract to indicate availability of the contingent asset to include available terms and the authenticity indicator and obtaining a portion of a copy of an object distributed ledger. The method further includes the marketplace computing entity causing inclusion of a next block on the object distributed ledger that includes the smart contract to represent the contingent asset.
