摘要: Various embodiments provide a signal transmission method and apparatus, and is applied to a multi-band communications system. Under the method, a terminal reports bandwidth capability information of a first frequency band in a plurality of frequency bands to a radio access network node. An operating band of the terminal includes the first frequency band, the bandwidth capability information of the first frequency band indicates a bandwidth capability of the terminal in the first frequency band, the bandwidth capability in the first frequency band is not less than a first threshold, and the first threshold is determined based on a maximum bandwidth capability of the terminal, the first frequency band, or a subcarrier spacing of the first frequency band. The terminal can send or receive a signal on a resource allocated by the radio access network node based on the bandwidth capability information.

摘要: A first access network device receives an addition request message from a second access network device. The first access network device determines a third uplink carrier used by a terminal to send a preamble to the first access network device, and sends an addition request acknowledgement message to the second access network device. The addition request acknowledgement message includes carrier indication information. The carrier indication information indicates the third uplink carrier. The third uplink carrier is at least one of the first uplink carrier or a second uplink carrier. The second uplink carrier and the first uplink carrier belong to a same cell of the first access network device and the second uplink carrier is a supplementary uplink carrier.

摘要: A signal scrambling method and apparatus, and a signal descrambling method and apparatus are disclosed. In the signal scrambling method, a communications apparatus scrambles a signal by using a scrambling sequence, and sends the scrambled signal. In the signal descrambling method, a communications apparatus receives a signal, and descrambles the signal by using a scrambling sequence. An initial value of the scrambling sequence is determined based on a time unit number corresponding to a frame structure parameter used for transmitting the signal, so that different scrambling sequences can be used to scramble signals that are transmitted by using different frame structure parameters. Therefore, interference randomization can be implemented for signal scrambling, and this can be applicable to various application scenarios in 5G NR to improve performance.

摘要: Embodiments of this application provide a method for processing information bits in a wireless communication network. A communication device receives a radio resource control (RRC) signaling, wherein the RRC signaling comprises time window information and time unit format information, wherein the time window information comprises a hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) time sequence K1 set, wherein K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), or wherein the K1 is a time relationship between a time unit of a (PDSCH) and a time unit of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH). The device determines HARQ feedback information based on the time window information and the time unit format information and sends the HARQ feedback information.

摘要: The application relates to allocating transmission resources in communication networks that provide low latency services. A terminal receives, from a base station time-frequency resource division information, which indicates a division of a time-frequency resource that is allowed to be used by another service. The division of the time-frequency resource includes one or more resource units in time domain and one or more resource units in frequency domain. The terminal further receives from the base station time-frequency resource indication information, which indicates that, in the time-frequency resource that is allowed to be used by the other service, at least one time domain resource unit and at least one frequency domain resource unit are occupied by the other service. The terminal communicates with the base station using the time-frequency resource except the at least one time-domain resource unit and at least one frequency-domain resource unit that are occupied by the other service.
