Abstract: A device includes a processor and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium coupled to the processor. The non-transitory computer-readable storage medium has programming instructions for being executed by the processor. The programming instructions, when executed by the processor, cause the device to receive configuration information sent by an access network side communications apparatus. The configuration information includes identification information of at least one cell. The device is also caused to detect first indication information sent by the access network side communications apparatus by using a length of a first time as a granularity. The first indication information indicates a transmission structure corresponding to one or more time units included in a second time of the at least one cell identified by the identification information. The length of the first time is different from a length of the second time.

Abstract: This application provides a method for transmitting hybrid automatic repeat request HARQ feedback information and a communications apparatus. A terminal device receives downlink data channels. Each of the downlink data channels has a corresponding transmission parameter group, and at least two downlink data channels correspond to different transmission parameter groups. The terminal device determines a first transmission resource based on first information including the transmission parameter groups, and sends, on the first transmission resource, HARQ feedback information corresponding to the downlink data channels, so that a plurality of pieces of HARQ feedback information can be smoothly fed back. This helps improve service transmission reliability.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method performed by a terminal device, comprising: sending a first data packet to a network device in a first time unit in a GUL transmission manner, where the first data packet corresponds to a first HARQ process number, and the first data packet corresponds to first new data indication information; receiving first instruction information, where the first instruction information is used to instruct the terminal device to send a second data packet in a second time unit, the second data packet corresponds to the first HARQ process number, and the second data packet corresponds to second new data indication information sent by the network device; and performing buffering processing on the first data packet or sending the second data packet, based on a value of the first new data indication information and a value of the second new data indication information.
