The apparatus includes: an image storing section that stores a plurality of captured images continuously taken in an exposure time shorter than a frame period of a moving image; a movement computing section that computes a movement of a subject between a timing at which one captured image is taken and a timing at which a captured image taken next to the one captured image is taken, based on a change of a position of the subject in the plurality of captured images; a frame image generating section that performs a blurring processing in a direction in which the subject included in the one captured image moves to generate a frame image from the one captured image, according to the movement of the subject computed from the movement computing section; and a moving image recording section that records, as a moving image, a plurality of frame images each generated from the frame image generating section in association with each of the plurality of captured images.

    摘要: Light that is incident through a pair of object lenses of digital binocular glasses is photographed by a pair of image pickup devices to obtain a pair of images (stereoscopic image) generating a difference corresponding to a parallax of both eyes. A geometric difference between image structures corresponding to a parallax of both eyes is recognized in the pair of images subjected to various corrections and stored in memories. Thereafter, a noise reduction process is performed, which reduces a difference (for example, a difference between random noises superposed on the pair of images by the image pickup devices) other than the recognized geometric difference between the image structures. The images subjected to the noise reduction process are displayed on a pair of display devices, and are visually recognized (stereoscopically viewed) by the user through eyepiece lenses.

A wiring clip as the wiring harness fixing device fixes a wiring harness on a panel. The wiring clip includes a mount and an engaging part. The mount has a flat plate-shape. The engaging part includes a standing piece standing up from the mount, a pair of engaging pieces, a thin part, and a thick part. The pair of engaging pieces has a mountain-shape, in which one end thereof continues to an end of the standing piece. The thin part is formed concave from an outer surface of the standing piece and has the minimum cross-sectional area in the standing piece. The thick part protrudes from the outer surface of the standing piece. The thin part is situated nearer to the mount than the thick part is situated near the mount.
