Abstract:
A service system includes a mobile terminal and an information processing device capable of communication via a network. The mobile terminal includes a first transmission unit that transmits spherical images taken in respective imaging locations and positional information about the imaging locations to the information processing device. The information processing device includes a reception unit that receives the spherical images transmitted by the first transmission unit; a map data obtaining unit that obtains map data from a map data storage, the map data including the imaging locations of the spherical images; a path information creation unit that creates information about a path made by connecting the imaging locations in the map data obtained by the map data obtaining unit; and a content providing unit that makes content available for a request through the network, the content including the map data, the information about the path, and the spherical images.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus includes a controller that acquires images captured by a camera mounted in a vehicle, and a memory that can store the images. The controller acquires travel data on the vehicle for when the image was captured and stores the image in the memory in a case in which the travel data satisfies a predetermined condition.
Abstract:
An image processing system comprises a generating unit that reads documents and generates a read image including document images; an extracting unit that extracts each of the document images; a character recognizing unit that performs character recognition processing on each the document images; a determining unit that determines whether first information and second information have a pair relationship, the first information being any one of recognition results obtained on one side of the document images, and the second information being any one of recognition results obtained on the other side of the document images; and a registering unit that registers pieces of information for the recognition results corresponding to the one side and to the other side respectively including the first information and the second information which are determined that both pieces of information have the pair relationship, as information for a piece of the documents, in a storage unit.
Abstract:
An image recording apparatus includes an image capturing unit configured to capture an image of a subject, a recording unit configured to record one of still image data and video image data captured by the image capturing unit on a storage medium in the form of an image file, a generating unit configured to generate a management file used for managing the image file recorded on the storage medium, and a registering unit configured to register an identifier of the image file recorded on the storage medium in the management file on a capture date basis in the order of capture time.
Abstract:
An image processing apparatus has a data reading section, a controlling section, and a display section. The data reading section reads a reproduced file selected from a first file and a second file. Here, the first file includes data of a first image together with metadata indicating a location of a second image related to the first image. The second file includes the data of the first image but do not include the metadata. The controlling section detects the metadata from the reproduced file. The display section performs display of indicating existence of the second image on a first screen reproducing the first image of the reproduced file when the controlling section detects the metadata.
Abstract:
Disclosed are techniques that provide a “best” picture taken within a few seconds of the moment when a capture command is received (e.g., when the “shutter” button is pressed). In some situations, several still images are automatically (that is, without the user's input) captured. These images are compared to find a “best” image that is presented to the photographer for consideration. Video is also captured automatically and analyzed to see if there is an action scene or other motion content around the time of the capture command. If the analysis reveals anything interesting, then the video clip is presented to the photographer. The video clip may be cropped to match the still-capture scene and to remove transitory parts. Higher-precision horizon detection may be provided based on motion analysis and on pixel-data analysis.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a mobile terminal providing an image printed out through a photo printer and related information, and a method of controlling the same. The mobile terminal includes a memory, a camera, a display; and a controller configured to cause the display to display a preview image of image data received via the camera and cause the display to display an indicator indicating that an image object included in the preview image corresponds to a specific image stored in the memory when the image object corresponds to the specific image, wherein the specific image has been previously printed out via a printer device.
Abstract:
An image output apparatus is capable of performing index outputting in which reduced images obtained from a plurality of image files are arranged and output. The image output apparatus includes a setting information storage unit configured to store setting information for the index outputting, the setting information being applied to a first-type image file including a plurality of pieces of image data among a plurality of image files as a target of the index outputting, a selecting unit configured to select a piece of image data added with specific information in the setting information from among the plurality of pieces of image data in the first-type image file when an image file as a target of the index outputting is the first-type image file, and an output unit configured to perform the index outputting on the basis of pieces of image data including the selected piece of image data.
