摘要: A heat receiving jacket in a liquid cooling device for electronic equipment, for transferring a heat from a heating portion in the electronic equipment to liquid refrigerant, is composed of a fin piece having a base portion formed thereon with thin fins which rise up from one surface of the base portion, being curved, and a casing accommodating therein the fin piece in its center part so as to cause the liquid refrigerant to flow between the thin fins. Further, the cooling device includes a plurality of heat receiving jackets and a plurality of heat radiating portions which are alternately connected so as to constitute a passage for the liquid refrigerant, a part of the passage being connected with a circulation pump so as to constitute a closed circulation passage for the liquid refrigerant. With this configuration, it is possible to provide a liquid cooling device capable of decreasing the temperature rise of a heating element such as a CPU, having a high performance and being excellent in costs.

摘要: A deflection angle detecting device includes a light source, a path switching plane switching the optical path of part of light radiated from the light source, a detecting reflection surface placed on the optical path switched by the path switching plane and provided to the light-deflecting element, and a photodetector receiving light reflected by the detecting reflection surface to detect the deflection angle of the light-deflecting element in accordance with the position where the light is received. In this case, a transmission surface with positive power is interposed between the detecting reflection surface and the photodetector.

摘要: A decentering optical system which takes a substantially parallel beam as input light, includes a prism having a medium whose refractive index is greater than 1, and four optical surfaces disposed at boundary surfaces of the medium so as to be mutually decentering or to slant. The four optical surfaces form a light-incident surface through which the input light enters, at least two internal-reflective surfaces which reflect internally the input light entering inside, a splitting surface which splits an optical path of the input light reflected by any one of these internal-reflective surfaces, into a transmission optical path and a reflection optical path; and a transmitting surface which emits the input light traveling along the reflection optical path towards an exterior. Real images are formed along each of the transmission optical path and the reflection optical path.

摘要: A cemented optical element is disposed on a test sample and a laser light which is emitted from a laser light source section is incident into a prismatic plane so as to separate the laser light into a reflected light on the separating plane and a transmitted light on the separating plane on a light path separating plane. The reflected light on the separating plane passes through a prismatic plane so as to be condensed on a light receiving plane. The transmitted light on the separating plane is reflected on a reflecting plane having power so as to be condensed. Spots are formed on the light receiving planes which came through the prismatic plane. Sensitiveness for measuring angles can be changed while changing the length of the light path and the power.

摘要: A light of measurement emitted from a semiconductor laser (1) is incident to a beam splitter formed by a prism (4). The light of measurement transmits into an incident surface (3) having a positive power so as to be emitted to a reflecting surface (5c) of measurement. A light reflected there is returned by a beam splitting surface (4a) so as to be reflected by a concave reflecting surface (6). The reflected light is returned so as to be condensed and focused on a light receiving surface (8) of sensor in a light measuring device (7). A position of a spot of light which is received is measured so as to measure the deflection angle of a rotating mirror (5). By doing this, it is possible to form a compact device even if the length of the optical path is long. As a result, it is possible to broaden the deflection angle measuring range.
