Abstract:
A tray is mounted inside a storage compartment of an entrance refrigerator. A bottom portion of the tray is spaced apart from a bottom portion of the storage compartment, and gaps are provided between the sides of the tray and the sides of the storage compartment. With this configuration, it is possible to minimize a blockage of a cold air flow path by goods stored on the tray in the storage compartment.
Abstract:
A refrigerator according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: an inner case having a storage chamber; a thermoelectric module configured to cool the storage chamber and including a thermoelectric element and a cooling sink; a fan configured to circulate air, which has exchanged heat with the cooling sink, to the storage chamber; a fan cover configured to cover the fan and having an upper discharge hole, a lower discharge hole, and an inner suction hole formed between the upper discharge hole and the lower discharge hole; a first receiving member disposed in the storage chamber; and a second receiving member disposed over the first receiving member to be spaced apart from the first receiving member. At least a portion of each of the inner suction hole and the lower discharge hole may face a portion between the first receiving member and the second receiving member, and at least a portion of the upper discharge hole may face a portion between a top surface of the storage chamber and the second receiving member.
Abstract:
A refrigerator includes a cabinet, a thermoelectric element module, a support disposed at a lower surface of the cabinet, and a heat dissipation cover coupled to a rear side of the cabinet. The thermoelectric element module includes a thermoelectric element including a heat absorption portion and a heat dissipation portion, a first heat sink contacting the heat absorption portion, a first fan facing the first heat sink, a second heat sink contacting the heat dissipation portion, a second fan exposed to an outside of the heat dissipation cover, and an insulating member between the first heat sink and the second heat sink. The heat dissipation cover is configured to guide air from the second fan in a vertical direction, and the support defines an air passage between the lower surface and a floor to allow air to be discharged to a front side through a lower side of the cabinet.
Abstract:
A dryer includes a cabinet including a front panel, a door coupled to the front panel, a base disposed on a lower portion of the cabinet, a condensate water tray disposed on the base and configured to receive water, a water tank configured to be withdrawn forward of the front panel and configured to store water received in the condensate water tray, and a cap configured to couple to the water tank. The water tank includes a front surface part disposed vertically below the front panel of the cabinet, a top surface part that extends rearward from an upper portion of the front surface part and that defines a water tank inlet configured to be coupled to the cap, and a side surface part that extends rearward from each of both sides of the front surface part.
Abstract:
A refrigerating cycle apparatus and a method of operating the same are provided. For a refrigerating cycle having a plurality of compressors connected in series for multi-stage compression, an inner space of each compressor and a pipe of the refrigerating cycle may be connected via an oil collection pipe, and oil may be discharged into the refrigerating cycle by pressure reversal during a pressure balancing operation, so as to allow the discharged oil to be collected into a high-stage compressor or a low-stage compressor. Accordingly, an amount of oil may be uniformly maintained in each of the plurality of compressors to prevent losses due to friction and/or increases in power consumption due to a lack of oil in one or more of the compressors. The structure of a device and pipes for performing oil balancing between the compressors may be simplified to enhance efficiency of the compressors.
Abstract:
A clothes treatment apparatus includes: a cabinet having a first input hole at the front side thereof; a first chamber positioned inside the cabinet so as to accommodate clothes through the first input hole; a second chamber positioned at the lower side in the cabinet so as to form a mounting space separated from the first chamber; and a door assembly coupled to the cabinet so as to open/close the first input hole. The door assembly includes: an accommodation body having a second input hole at the front side thereof; an accommodation housing, which is provided in the accommodation body so as to communicate with the outside through the second input hole, and has an accommodation space separated from the first chamber and the second chamber; and a line-lighting part provided in parallel to the second input hole in the accommodation housing so as to illuminate the accommodation space.
