摘要: Provided are a control method for an air intake intercooler of an engine and a control system thereof, which relates to the technical field of intercoolers. The air intake intercooler includes a primary thermal management unit that can heat and cool intake air. The control method for the air intake intercooler includes acquiring real-time air intake temperature of an air inlet of the intake intercooler; controlling the primary thermal management unit to turn on a heating mode in response to the real-time air intake temperature being lower than a set minimum temperature limit value; and controlling the primary thermal management unit to turn on a cooling mode in response to the real-time air intake temperature being higher than the set maximum temperature limit.

摘要: In a thermally regulated climate chamber for testing equipment, a thermoelectric unit is arranged through the wall of the climate chamber, each thermoelectric unit having two faces, an internal face inside the climate chamber and an external face outside the climate chamber, wherein a heat exchange end for an external face of a thermoelectric unit of a secondary thermal regulation circuit is placed in thermal contact with each external face of thermoelectric unit, the secondary thermal regulation circuit being external to the climate chamber and including a heat-transfer fluid circuit, a cold source, a hot source, a mixing device, a circulation pump and sensors. A chamber temperature regulation system controls the electric current of the thermoelectric unit and to control at least the mixing device and the circulation pump of the secondary thermal regulation circuit as a function of a chamber temperature setpoint and of sensor measurements.

摘要: The present invention provides systems, methods, and articles for temperature conditioning a surface. An article is formed from a first layer having a plurality of openings and a second layer having a corresponding plurality of openings. At least one interior chamber constructed and configured to retain a fluid without leaking is defined between an interior surface of the first layer and an interior surface of the second layer. At least one flexible fluid supply line delivers the fluid to the at least one interior chamber. At least one flexible fluid return line removes the fluid from the at least one interior chamber. At least one control unit that is operable to selectively cool or heat the fluid is attached to the at least one flexible fluid supply line and the at least one flexible fluid return line.

A ring-shaped flexible protrusion is set on the back of the backpack main body, upon which is a flexible support for contact with the human back. A chamber is formed between the back of the backpack main body, the ring-shaped flexible protrusion, and the flexible support. A cooling unit is located on the outer side of the ring-shaped flexible protrusion, comprising a housing that is detachably mounted on the backpack main body, a TEC cooling plate located inside the housing, and a fan. The housing has a cold air nozzle that is inserted through the ring-shaped flexible protrusion and extends into the chamber to input cold air, thereby cooling the human back and making the user feel more comfortable.

摘要: The present disclosure describes an apparatus that may be used to generate desalinated water from a supply of untreated water using a photovoltaic cell. The front surface of the photovoltaic cell is partially enclosed to form an evaporation chamber. The front surface of the photovoltaic cell is exposed to sunlight or another light source. This exposure results in power generation by the photovoltaic cell and also heats the air in the evaporation chamber. Untreated water is subsequently introduced into the evaporation chamber. Upon contacting the heated air and the front surface of the photovoltaic cell, a portion of the untreated water evaporates to generate water vapor. The water vapor is then removed from the evaporation chamber and transported to a condensation chamber. The water vapor is cooled in the condensation chamber to yield desalinated water.

摘要: A medical grade cooler or freezer uses a Peltier system without the use of vapor compression refrigeration. An opening may be cut through a wall, for example, a top, bottom, rear or side wall, of the cooler or freezer and the Peltier device sealed within that opening with the hot side exposed outside of the cooler or freezer and the cold side exposed inside the cooler. When a voltage is applied to the Peltier device, the interior temperature of the cooler may be reduced. The Peltier devices can also be reversed by applying voltage in the opposite direction to remove heat from outside of the cooler and pump heat into the cooler or freezer.

摘要: An active cooling system and method for using the active cooling system are described. The active cooling system includes a cooling element having a first side and a second side. The first side of the cooling element is distal to a heat-generating structure and in communication with a fluid. The second side of the cooling element is proximal to the heat-generating structure. The cooling element is configured to direct the fluid using a vibrational motion from the first side of the cooling element to the second side such that the fluid moves in a direction that is incident on a surface of the heat-generating structure at a substantially perpendicular angle and then is deflected to move along the surface of the heat-generating structure to extract heat from the heat-generating structure.

摘要: A humidification system of a dispensing head of a dosing machine of fluid products, where the dispensing head includes a closing device having a cup, which can be moved between a distal inoperative position and an operative position where the dispensing head is isolated from the environment. The humidification system automatically generates a humid environment inside the cup, in the proximal position of the closing element, by means of a Peltier cell inserted in a forced flow duct of ambient air. The condensed and/or frosted water from the Peltier cell is fed from a collecting tank to the cup of the closing element automatically through a control unit.
