    摘要： A filter module is provided with a filter housing provided with an inflow opening. A filter element with an annular filter medium body with an elongate cross-sectional shape is arranged inside the filter housing. A flow path is defined between the inflow opening of the filter housing and an inflow side of the filter medium body. A swirl device is arranged in the flow path and impresses a swirl onto an incoming fluid. The swirl device is a part separate from an outer wall of the filter housing. The swirl device is arranged axially upstream of the inflow side of the filter medium body. The swirl device is provided with a displacement body arranged inside the filter housing adjacent to the inflow opening. The displacement body forms a flow guiding element.

    摘要： A cover for a filter system for filtering a fluid has a fluid channel arranged at an inner side of the cover. The cover has a rim and at least one opening arranged in the rim to allow the fluid to pass through, wherein the opening is connected in fluid communication with the fluid channel. The fluid channel is connected in fluid communication with the interior of a filter element of the filter system. A seal for the cover has a first sealing ring and a second sealing connected to each other by flanks. The filter system has a housing with a housing part that is closable by the cover. A filter element is exchangeably arranged in the housing, and the fluid channel of the cover is connected in fluid communication to the interior of the filter element.

An element axis (14) of the filter element (10) and a housing axis (25) of the filter housing (11) can be aligned parallel or axially to an installation direction (12) of the filter element for installing the filter element (10) into the filter housing. The filter element (10) has at least one guide crosspiece (46, 48), which extends axially and radially outward on a peripheral exterior side (26), relative to the element axis (14), of the filter element (10).In addition, the filter element (10) has at least one seal (42) running peripherally relative to the element axis (14), wherein the seal (42) has a seal line, which comprises at least one convexity (54), which is arranged peripherally between two corner regions of the filter element (10) and is separated by these corner regions.
