Abstract: A charger for an electrical device (e.g., a site light) includes a housing defining an interior cavity, and one or more openings formed in the housing. A heat sink is disposed in the interior cavity of the housing and is operable to dissipate heat produced in the housing. The heat sink is positioned in a facing relationship with the one or more openings such that the heat sink is at least partially exposed to the exterior. The heat sink is in heat transfer relationship with component of charger electronics of the charger.

Abstract: A stand light includes an elongate body defining a longitudinal axis, a collar coupled to the elongate body for movement along the elongate body between a first position and a second position, and a plurality of legs coupled to the collar, the plurality of legs being collapsed against the elongate body when the collar is in the first position and being expanded apart from the elongate body when the collar is in the second position. The stand light also includes a head assembly coupled to an end of the elongate body. The head assembly includes a hub and a plurality of light heads. The hub is pivotably coupled to the end of the elongate body to pivot about a first pivot axis. Each of the plurality of light heads is pivotably coupled to the hub to pivot about a second pivot axis.

Abstract: A standing tool includes a body, a telescoping arm, a head unit, a cable, and a guide rod. The telescoping arm defines an axis therethrough and includes a base end coupled to the body and a distal end movable with respect to the base end. The head unit is coupled to the distal end of the telescoping arm and movable together therewith. The cable of the standing tool includes a first end fixed relative to the body, and a second end opposite the first end that is fixed relative to the head unit. The guide rod is coaxially aligned with the axis of the telescoping arm such that at least a portion of the cable is wrapped around the guide rod.

Abstract: A stand light includes a telescoping body having a main center shaft, an extension pole extendable out of the main center shaft, and a sleeve movably supported on the main center shaft. A plurality of legs is pivotally coupled to the body and is movable with the sleeve from a collapsed position to an extended position, in which distal ends of the plurality of legs are moved away from the body. When the plurality of legs is in the collapsed position, side portions of the plurality of legs come together to form a handle configured to be grasped by a user.

The vehicle base includes a second structure configured to mate with the first mounting structure such that the light head can be removably secured on the vehicle base, and a base terminal configured to mate with the terminal of the light head to provide power to the light when the light head is secured on the vehicle base. A remote is configured to control rotation of the light about first and second axes and to control operation of the flood light mode and the spot light mode.
