摘要: In order to satisfactorily transmit audio data of various formats through a transmission line, when data having a predetermined data length as a unit is transmitted by a predetermined format between devices connected to a predetermined transmission line, label data indicating a system of transmitted audio data is located at a starting portion of the data having the predetermined data length, sub-label data is located at an interval behind label data if necessary and data accompanying with audio data is located and transmitted, whereby a side which receives this data can easily identify a system of audio data or the like.

摘要: A data transmission system in which a function block is housed in a subunit in a unit to enable communication among the unit, subunit and the function block. To this end, the data transmission system includes a digital STB 60, a DTV 70, and an audio amplifier 80. Within the DTV 70 is housed a video monitor subunit 71 within which are housed a decoder function block 72 and a feature function block 73. Within the audio amplifier 80 is housed an audio sub-unit 81 within which a decoder function block 82 and a feature function block 83, that can be endowed with functions in common with the decoder function block 72 and the feature function block 73, respectively, and a processing function block 83, are housed.

摘要: An audio video apparatus controller connected to a timer provided in a desired audio video apparatus wherein a reserve number indicative of the order of input data and a time are uniquely and correspondingly stored each time the time is input. The audio video apparatus controller is comprised of time input devices for inputting the time to the timer, selecting devices for selecting one of the audio video apparatus, setting devices for setting operation conditions of the selected audio video apparatus in association with the time, and a control circuit responsive to a command signal from the timer to control the selected audio video apparatus so that the selected audio video apparatus is operated at the input time in accordance with the operation conditions. Therefore, the timer can be utilized in the extended range and a plurality of audio video apparatus can be controlled in a well-coordinated fashion.

摘要: Remote control apparatus for controlling a number of pieces of equipment in which each unit includes a microprocessor which produces a first remote control signal on its data bus line and an interface circuit including a first latch circuit which receives the first remote control signal from the data bus line of the microprocessor and a second latch circuit which receives a second remote control signal on its input terminal and transfers the second remote control signal to the data bus line of the microprocessor. A common input/output terminal receives the first and second remote control signals and a switching means is connected between the common input/output terminal and a reference point such as ground and the switching means is controlled by the first remote control signal to pass it to the common input/output terminal.

摘要: A balance control system for multichannel audio apparatus wherein stereophonic signals are transmitted through plural audio channels of the audio apparatus. The balance control system includes a balance control network connected to the audio channels for selectively adjusting the relative amplitudes of the respective stereophonic signals transmitted therethrough with respect to each other. The balance control system further includes at least one signal delay circuit included in at least one of the audio channels for establishing relative delays among the transmitted stereophonic signals. The delay circuit is controlled simultaneously with the control of the balance control network.
