摘要： A plurality of terminal chambers (20a) to (20e) is formed in a housing (16) by using a plurality of partition walls (24a) to (24e) to partition. In the terminal chambers, fixed contactors (31) each having a fixed contact point (31d) and a terminal screw (31a) are mounted. Engaged portions (31b) are formed integrally with the fixed contactors. Further, a press-fit engaging portion (26) is provided in each of the terminal chambers. The terminal chamber is formed as a space different from a space accommodating a movable contact point support, and the press-fit engaging portion is engaged by the engaged portion by press-fitting.

摘要： An electromagnetic contact device has a contactor holder (40), which moves a mounted movable contactor (42a) according to a displacement of a movable core (32) forming an electromagnet (30) for operation. The contactor holder (40) is being housed together with the electromagnet (30) for operation in a case (1). The case (1) has a lower case portion (10) housing the electromagnet (30) for operation and an upper case portion (20) engaging with the lower case portion (10) while being stacked on the lower case portion and houses the contactor holder (40) advanced from above. The upper case portion (20) has a recess (21) with an upward opening and houses the contactor holder (40) placed on the bottom wall of the recess (21). The lower case portion (10) houses one selected either a DC-only electromagnet (30b) or an AC-only electromagnet (30a).

The first normally-closed contact (24) is connected in series in a power supply circuit to an exciting coil (6b) of the other electromagnetic contactor (1b). One of the interlock plates (21) has a first opening operation engagement portion (34) releasing the first normally-closed contact (24) when the interlock plate (21) moves.

摘要： The present invention provides a contact device capable of narrowing a gap between a fixed contactor and a movable contactor and reducing the number of parts and the production costs, and an electromagnetic switch that uses the contact device. The contact device has a pair of columnar fixed contactors (6a, 6b) which are fixed to a surface of an insulation airtight container (4) while keeping a predetermined space therebetween, each having at least a tip end contact surface protruding into the insulation container; a movable contactor (11) that is disposed so as to be capable of contacting with and separating from the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b); and a pair of arc extinguishing annular permanent magnets (9a, 9b) which is respectively attached to outer circumferential surfaces of the pair of fixed contactors (6a, 6b) and drives an arc outwardly.

When the hook portion main body (14) is slid in a disengaging direction which brings the movable claw (23a) and a hooking hole (8a) of an electromagnetic contactor (1) into a disengaged state by pressing the pressed piece (24), an elastic restoring force of the straight spring (15) elastically deformed into a bow-like shape acts on the hook portion main body (14) in a direction opposite to the disengaging direction.
