    摘要: A polarized electromagnet has a spool around which an exciting coil is wound; a movable plunger penetrating the spool; an interior yoke fixed on an outer side of the spool; an exterior yoke disposed to maintain a predetermined interval on an outer side of the interior yoke; and a permanent magnet disposed between the interior yoke and exterior yoke. The exterior yoke has a pair of end plate portions opposing two ends of the spool, and a linking plate portion linking the pair of end plate portions. The interior yoke has a first opposing plate portion opposing the linking plate portion of the exterior yoke, and second opposing plate portions opposing one end plate portion of the exterior yoke, and the first opposing plate portion and the second opposing plate portion are linked without coming close to the exterior yoke.

    摘要: An electromagnetic contact device has a contactor holder (40), which moves a mounted movable contactor (42a) according to a displacement of a movable core (32) forming an electromagnet (30) for operation. The contactor holder (40) is being housed together with the electromagnet (30) for operation in a case (1). The case (1) has a lower case portion (10) housing the electromagnet (30) for operation and an upper case portion (20) engaging with the lower case portion (10) while being stacked on the lower case portion and houses the contactor holder (40) advanced from above. The upper case portion (20) has a recess (21) with an upward opening and houses the contactor holder (40) placed on the bottom wall of the recess (21). The lower case portion (10) houses one selected either a DC-only electromagnet (30b) or an AC-only electromagnet (30a).

    摘要: The electromagnetic contactor enables a reliable return to a pole open position without increasing the spring force of a return spring. In an electromagnetic contactor, an electromagnetic device having an exciting coil and a contact mechanism having a return spring are disposed in parallel, and the electromagnetic device and contact mechanism are linked by a drive lever. The electromagnetic device has a polarized electromagnet having a magnetic circuit that includes a permanent magnet generating a suction force that moves the contact mechanism to a pole open position side when the exciting coil is not energized. The drive lever is fixed to either one of the electromagnetic device or contact mechanism and contacts with the other with no gap at least when the contact mechanism is moved to the pole open position side. The return force of the contact mechanism is covered by the suction force of the permanent magnet.

One side of the movable contact holder base is opened to have a plurality of recesses each being formed for holding a contact pair, each contact pair include a bridge contact assembly and a contact spring inserted therein while being isolated from the other pairs. The other side of the movable contact holder base is formed as a bottom wall, and preferably includes openings through which an assembly jig can be inserted from outside the moveable contact holder. Alternatively, jig openings can be formed in lateral side walls of the recesses to allow the assembly jig to be inserted. The movable contact holder cover covers the movable contact holder base and is coupled thereto.

    摘要: A polarized electromagnet that can suppress magnetic flux leakage in a position that does not affect the suction force between an interior yoke and an exterior yoke, and increase the suction force of a permanent magnet is provided. A polarized electromagnet includes a spool 11 around which an electromagnetic coil is wound, a movable plunger 15 penetrating the spool, an interior yoke 22 fixed on the outer side of the spool, an exterior yoke 21 disposed to maintain a predetermined interval on the outer side of the interior yoke, and a permanent magnet 24 disposed between the interior yoke and exterior yoke. The exterior yoke 21 is formed of a pair of end plate portions 21a and 21b opposing either end of the spool, and a linking plate portion 21c linking the end plate portions, and the interior yoke 22 has a first opposing plate portion 22a opposing the linking plate portion 21c of the exterior yoke, and second opposing plate portions 22d and 22e opposing the one end plate portion 21b of the exterior yoke. The first opposing plate portion and second opposing plate portions are linked without coming close to the exterior yoke.

    摘要: A thermal overload relay includes an inversion operation mechanism that is driven by a releasing lever to open or close a contact. The inversion operation mechanism includes a movable plate supported at one end so as to be inverted, and a tension spring for driving the movable plate for inversion. The releasing lever presses a middle of a wire of the tension spring to drive the movable plate for inversion. A projection is formed in the middle of the wire of the tension spring to contact with the releasing lever. Thus, a stable inversion operation can be made regardless of the positioning of an adjustment dial.
