Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a grant scheduling a downlink transmission of a set of configurable downlink transmissions. The downlink transmission may include reference slots corresponding to offset values associated with one or more feedback occasions. The UE may construct a feedback codebook based on a first quantity of slots in the set of configurable downlink transmissions, a second quantity of reference slots in the set of configurable downlink transmissions, and a third quantity of configurable offset values associated with one or more feedback occasions. Based on a size of the feedback codebook, the UE may generate feedback bits for reporting whether the UE successfully received a downlink transmission in corresponding slots. In some examples, the UE may identify a slot with a symbol reserved for an uplink transmission, and skip generating a corresponding feedback bit for the identified slot.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may obtain access to a shared radio frequency spectrum band for a transmission opportunity. The UE may perform an autonomous uplink transmission over the shared radio frequency spectrum band during a first portion of the transmission opportunity. The UE may transmit a physical layer scheduling request comprising a transmission size parameter for a second portion of the transmission opportunity. The UE may receive an uplink grant for the second portion of the transmission opportunity based at least in part on the scheduling request. The UE may perform a scheduled uplink transmission over the shared radio frequency spectrum band during the second portion of the transmission opportunity according to the uplink grant.

Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to communicating uplink control information (UCI) in a network operating over multiple aggregated unlicensed carriers are provided. A first wireless communication device communicates, with a second wireless communication device, a downlink communication signal. The first wireless communication device communicates, with the second wireless communication device, an unscheduled uplink communication signal including an uplink report associated with the downlink communication signal, the unscheduled uplink communication signal communicated based on a listen-before-talk (LBT) procedure. The uplink report includes at least one of an acknowledgement (ACK) for data in the downlink communication signal, a negative-acknowledgement (NACK) for the data in the downlink communication signal, or channel information based at least on the downlink communication signal.

Abstract: Indication of transmission priority class is disclosed for sharing a base station's maximum channel occupancy time (MCOT) for use in autonomous uplink (AUL). Aspects of the disclosure provide for implicitly sharing the MCOT by providing an indication of transmission opportunity (TxOP) length. A serving base station sends an indication of a current TxOP length in control signals to a user equipment (UE). The UE may then infer a set of potential transmission priorities used by the serving base station according to the TxOP length, as TxOP length may relate to the MCOT, which itself may be associated with a particular transmission priority class. The UE may then, conservatively, select the highest transmission priority of the set of potential transmission priorities for autonomously transmitting any uplink data having at least the selected highest transmission priority within configured AUL resource of the current TxOP.
