    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a network entity, a logged measurement configuration that defines an event for event triggered measurement logging, wherein the event is associated with a radio access technology (RAT)-specific coverage hole or a frequency specific coverage hole. The UE may perform, based at least in part on the logged measurement configuration, measurement logging based at least in part on an occurrence of the event associated with the RAT-specific coverage hole or the frequency specific coverage hole. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform radio link monitoring (RLM) reference signal measurements on a primary secondary cell (PSCell) while the UE is operating in a secondary cell group (SCG) deactivated state. The UE may perform beam failure detection (BFD) reference signal measurements while the UE is operating in the SCG deactivated state. The UE may transmit, to a master node associated with a master cell group (MCG), an SCG failure information message based at least in part on one of: a PSCell radio link failure (RLF) detection based at least in part on the RLM reference signal measurements, or a BFD based at least in part on the BFD reference signal measurements.     Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for a resource pool configuration for multiple bits physical sidelink feedback channel (PSFCH) are described. An example technique includes receiving a plurality of transmissions from a user equipment (UE) on a plurality of sidelink subchannels. At least one resource set for transmitting feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions is determined, based on at least one of the plurality of transmissions. Feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions is transmitted using the at least one resource set. Another example technique includes sending a plurality of transmissions to a UE on a plurality of sidelink subchannels and monitoring for feedback corresponding to the plurality of transmissions, based on a codebook size associated with the feedback.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for providing feedback about radio link failure (RLF) events that includes information about directional beams. A user equipment (UE) may experience an RLF event and lose connectivity with a network. After the UE reestablish a radio resource control (RRC) connection with the network, the UE may transmit an RLF report that include information about directional beams, information about a master node and a secondary node in a dual-connectivity procedure, information associated conditional handover procedures, or information about service time interruptions, or a combination thereof. One or more base stations may be configured to transmit at least portions of the information in the RLF report to other base stations as part of a message that may be an example of an RLF indication or a handover report. The message may be transmitted over an X2 interface or an Xn interface.

    Abstract: Wireless communications systems and methods related to LBT aware autonomous sidelink sensing are provided. A first UE determines, based on a projected listen-before-talk (LBT) completion time, at least one of a sensing window or a first resource selection window. The first UE senses, based on the determining, in a sidelink resource pool within a shared radio frequency band during the sensing window. The first UE identifies, based on the sensing, a subset of resources from the sidelink resource pool that are within the first resource selection window. The first UE selects at least a first resource from the subset of resources. The first UE transmits, to a second UE using the selected first resource, a sidelink transmission.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to operate in a control mode. In some cases, the control mode may be an in active mode (e.g., a radio resource control (RRC) inactive mode). The UE may be configured to receive a control message from a network node. In some cases, the control message may include an uplink grant associated with a duration. The duration may relate to a timer, such as an expiration timer, for example. The UE may transmit an uplink transmission to the network node while operating in the control mode. The uplink transmission may be in accordance with the uplink grant and the duration. In some cases, prior to transmitting the uplink transmission, the UE may multiplex the uplink transmission with a second control message including an indication for the UE to remain in the control mode.
