Abstract: A reference signal transmission method includes: determining, at a network entity, a signal configuration of a transmission signal that comprises at least one decoding portion and at least one reference signal portion, where the signal configuration comprises a transmission schedule of the at least one decoding portion and the at least one reference signal portion, where each of the at least one decoding portion comprises decoding information to decode a corresponding one of the at least one reference signal portion, where each of the at least one decoding portion is scheduled in one or more first symbols and the corresponding one of the at least one reference signal portion is scheduled in one or more second symbols, and where none of the one or more first symbols is before any of the one or more second symbols; and transmitting, from the network entity, the transmission signal.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may perform radio link monitoring (RLM) reference signal measurements on a primary secondary cell (PSCell) while the UE is operating in a secondary cell group (SCG) deactivated state. The UE may perform beam failure detection (BFD) reference signal measurements while the UE is operating in the SCG deactivated state. The UE may transmit, to a master node associated with a master cell group (MCG), an SCG failure information message based at least in part on one of: a PSCell radio link failure (RLF) detection based at least in part on the RLM reference signal measurements, or a BFD based at least in part on the BFD reference signal measurements. Abstract: A method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided for wireless communication at a network node having a split bearer configuration with a user equipment (UE). The network node measures, at a primary node (MN) or a secondary node (SN), a data burst statistic for the network node, the data burst statistic being based on at least one of a burst level throughput or a packet loss measurement for a data burst between the UE and the MN based on a first bearer in the split bearer configuration or between the UE and the SN based on a second bearer in the split bearer configuration. The network node provides the data burst statistic from the network node to at least one of the MN or a core network component.

In an aspect, the connection establishment message includes information that indicates whether the mobile device has information associated with signals transmitted by one or more base stations of the plurality of base stations. The mobile device may initiate transmission of the information associated with the signals to the base station subsequent to establishing a security context for the connection between the mobile device and the base station.

A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) is provided. The method generally includes determining a default MTU size to be used for communications in a packet data network (PDN). The method includes determining one or more per-flow MTU sizes, different than the default MTU size, to be used for communications in the PDN. The method includes communicating in the PDN according to the determined per-flow MTU sizes.
