    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device includes a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; an emission layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a hole transport region between the first electrode and the emission layer, wherein the hole transport region includes a hole transport layer, and a hole auxiliary layer between the hole transport layer and the emission layer.     Abstract: An electronic device includes a base layer and a display element layer including a pixel definition layer having an opening defined therethrough, a light emitting element, and a light receiving element. Each of the light emitting element and the light receiving element includes a first electrode, a hole transport region disposed on the first electrode, an electron transport region disposed on the hole transport region, and a second electrode disposed on the electron transport region. The light emitting element includes a light emitting layer disposed between the hole transport region and the electron transport region. The light receiving element includes a light receiving layer disposed between the hole transport region and the electron transport region and an electron extraction layer, including an n-dopant material, disposed between the light receiving layer and the electron transport region. The light receiving element converts a light incident thereto into an electrical signal.

    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device may include: an anode; a cathode; an organic layer located between the anode and the cathode and including an emission layer; an electron blocking layer located between the anode and the emission layer and in direct contact with the emission layer; and a hole blocking layer located between the cathode and the emission layer and in direct contact with the emission layer.
