Abstract: A method for managing a wireless communication between user equipment (UE) by a UE in a communication system, the method comprising: receiving, from a base station (BS), a first signalling message to configure a report of assistance information for the wireless communication related to a vehicular service; transmitting, to the BS, the assistance information based on the first signalling message, wherein the assistance information comprises at least one of a period and timing offset of a data arrival and a data size; receiving, from the BS, a second signalling message comprising at least two semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) configurations for the wireless communication based on the assistance information; and performing the wireless communication with radio resources corresponding to the at least two semi-persistent SPS.

Abstract: The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. A method performed by a terminal for dynamic data encryption in a communication system is provided. The method includes receiving, from a network entity, a list of network public keys including a plurality of network public keys and corresponding key indexes, generating a pair of keys including a user equipment (UE) public key and a UE private key in response to receiving the list of network public keys, randomly selecting a network public key from the list of network public keys received from the network entity, generating a shared secret key corresponding to the UE by using the randomly selected network public key and the UE private key, and encrypting data to be transferred between the UE and the network entity by using the generated shared secret key corresponding to the UE.

Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for scheduling shared physical resource blocks (PRBs) by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless network and minimizing/reducing contention on the shared PRBs. The method includes: receiving PRBs from a network device, where the PRBs are shared among multiple UEs in the wireless network; detecting data at the UE for transmission; determining a modulation and coding scheme (MCS), a number of PRBs, and a size of a transport block required for data transmission in response to detecting the data; self-scheduling the shared PRBs based on at least one of the determined MCS, the number of PRBs, and the size of the transport block; and sending the data based on the self-scheduling along with self-scheduling information to the network device.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods and systems for allocation of contention based data transmission (CBDT) resource blocks in a non-terrestrial network. The method comprises determining if a fixed number of CBDT resource blocks from the CBDT resource blocks are to be used for the allocation based on the determination using at least one of the plurality of parameters. The method comprises allocating a number of CBDT resource blocks in one of a fixed manner or a dynamic manner, wherein the number of CBDT resource blocks are allocated in the fixed manner, based on the fixed numbers of CBDT resource blocks being used for the allocation, and the number of CBDT resource blocks are allocated in the dynamic manner, based on the fixed numbers of CBDT resource blocks not being used for the allocation.
